I had my first ever Costco $1.50 hotdog yesterday. I guess that means I’ll be retiring next week now.
I was looking into mid year reviews at my corporate job and noticed that I have two employees who have a higher base rate than me with no OT included.
These two guys deserve every penny of it, but it does beg the question, should a manager be paid less than their employees?
My goal for the rest of this year is to generate at least $2000 in options income.
I’m currently at $50. I’ve just started with only about $1200 to play with. I’m starting at a small scale to see what’s possible.
My parents bought a small beach house in the 90’s for $58K which is insane to think about. Coastal home prices are astronomically higher than the rest. That same house is worth around $370k today. I plugged the numbers into an inflation calculator just to highlight the price.
Just started this book and I’m already hooked. Im on page 115 currently and it’s been a book I just don’t want to put down.
I’ve never watched much Hockey and obviously as a guy from NC I’m watching the Hurricanes in the Stanley Cup finals. This has been phenomenal to watch. I wish the canes were ahead but the series is tied at 2-2 and the games have been very exciting.
Today, I sold a cash secured put on $TSLL at $11.5 strike price for $13 of premium. Expires on 6/12. The delta was 0.16 at the time of purchase.
I’m trying to make extra income with strategic options.
Rate my move.
