I think a lot of people misinterpreted what I said here. Obviously, don’t want Ant to have knee pain forever, not the ideal circumstance. However, if this is the case, I think at worst he just can’t be as explosive as he once was. Still think he’s more than capable of being a MVP caliber player even with the very slight limitations. And again, we don’t know anything, for all we know this might not be a chronic underlying issue and as the season progresses we can see him return to his peak athleticism. But for now I would like to just be on the optimistic side and think that we should trust our doctors who wouldn’t be letting him play 35 minutes a night if there was something more severe going on.
