I believe every business is an experiment. For the experiment to succeed, you need to test your hypothesis, measure the results, and follow where they lead.
These outlier outcomes would be considered nonlinear potentialities. The probability of the event is low, but not zero; it is disproportionately influential; it wouldn't have occurred without outlier engagement (i.e., doing something outside the normal).#outliereffects
