- Donations dried up
Because the DNC started front-running your donor lists with party ads
- Volunteers were devastated
Because they watch MSNBC all day, see #3
- Reporters hounding me with calls to drop out
Because they work for the DNC, who decided you were gonna lose.
As one of the candidates featured in these polls - the infamous one in late June that showed me plummeting into single digits (which was at odds with our internals) - here's the impact of this "experiment"
- Donations dried up
- Volunteers were devastated and pleading for guidance on what to do
- Reporters hounded me with calls to drop out
Sure, a point was proven. Polling is broken. But tens of thousands of people poured their hearts, time, energy, hard-earned money into something they believed in - for a year-and-a-half, and it was treated like a game. Our volunteers gave their all. And then some. I felt like I had let so many of them down.
To be extremely clear, Michigan Democrats are locked in to beat Mike Rogers. We WILL send @AbdulElSayed to the US Senate.
But between crap like this, endless fundraising texts that drive supporters away with spammy fake deadlines and trash "match" claims, scam PACs run rampant for firms to grift without actually supporting candidates, undisclosed content creators pushing content out either misrepresenting themselves as residents of states they don't live in or hiding whether they were paid and by who so they could make a buck, and the tidal wave of dark money ads -- I hope Democrats are ready to blow up the system with campaign finance and transparency reforms.
Trust is already at an all-time low. We don't get out of this mess without rebuilding trust.
And media - who loves to ride the drama of a pollercoaster - needs to take a hard look at what's legitimate and what's not.
If this teaches us anything - DON'T GET COMPLACENT AND DON'T TRUST THE POLLS.
LOCK IN. SIGN UP FOR A CANVASSING SHIFT. LEAVE NOTHING TO CHANCE OVER THE NEXT TWO WEEKS.
this man is either incompetent of lying, you can pick which.
i met a couple of ivy league math PhDs before AI bots existed who were selling people access to american cell phones by the boatload (via "Free VPN" apps).

We have continued to dig into the root cause here and would like to offer an update.
Our engineering team discovered that the spike that triggered the incorrect enforcement was primarily in the account’s “reading” behavior. Specifically, our network security systems detected the use of a Claude tool reading profiles, posts, and hashtags, the rate of which sharply increased (~4x volume) in intense bursts on October 17.
These abrupt, high-volume, sequential requests in a short period resembled automated bot traffic rather than an ordinary human browsing our systems. This activity caused our automated protections to incorrectly take the No Kings Instagram account offline. An automated re-review of the removal action an hour later recognized that shouldn’t have happened and restored the account. It unfortunately took additional time for us to straighten out the situation with admin access to the IG account.
We want to reiterate our sincere apology for the error.
When you get the text that Pablo Torre staff just called your agent / lawyer for a comment...
*whispers* I did not plan all of this happening in the same week but tmrw’s @pablofindsout is as wild as any we’ve done
Don't believe this his lies. The only way to uncorrupt healthcare is with Medicare's common procedure price controls alongside all US Attorneys in unison working fraud cases to send some example doctors, supply admins, and hospital admins to prison. "No aid" is Netanyahu's idea.
It's really not hard to condemn genocide. Considering your ethnicity is responsible for this genocide, it's not hard for you to spend ~80% of your day making sure that people at all corners of the internet understand that you condemn this behavior and they deserve punishment.
Replying to @_carlbeijer
Man it’s really not hard to condemn antisemitism. Why are you putting up such a fuss about it? Why are you personally opposed to it? I find it quite easy to condemn/shun/not associate w/any and all bigotries, even from political allies
In the late 1980s it took your family paying $1,000 for a Packard Hell 100mhz brick for you to type on.
By comparison, in 2026 dollars, I don't think a cursor sub is the same burden.
💯the thing is, absent the time that used to have to be spent actually typing code, one could spend that time getting expertise in the thing they want to write code to address. But they don't...
besides for really neet demos of words on screen moving this is almost always utterly useless
I could be wrong, but I have never seen someone produce anything of worth. Thinking directly of Steve Yeggie's last 2 years of just utter hot garbage. Factories and Factory Factories appear to be absolutely useless from a real product perspective.
Fairly self explanatory? It's also why they love Aldi. You get punished before you even get in the store, when they demand money for a cart.
Because libs know in their blackest of hearts that they deserve the same punishment, it's like a flagellation fetish cult.
he was doing Steven Crowder's bit at a mormon college.
get off the sauce.
there's a reason a lot of tech workers gravitate to woodshops and farms when they retire.
they get these things in the right order (that you think doesn't exist).
This is why developers without the need to work on complex math might be better with english lit or philosophy background.
There are sentences in English you can't understand. Read Hegel, you'll find plenty. And their influence is everywhere whether you understand them or not.
Dunno if you wanna repeat yourself, Pablo, but if you want another story exactly like David Rone saddling his employer with a loss, and benefiting from the other side of that contract...
Jerry Jones, Arkla, and a 5x markup on natural gas paid for by utility customers? Same thing

what are the odds of none of the kids of a straight man having their father's hair color?
Took my family to @SteaknShake tonight for the first time. MAHA meal. Seed oil free. Grass fed, grass finished beef. Beef tallow fries. Real milk milkshake. Kids loved it.
10/10 would recommend 🍔
