So glad I grabbed the second @KonaGame : the first game was already a good experience and I feared we wouldn't see a sequel. Instead, such a good a sequel. Living in a cold area and a city that takes 1930s villas seriously (see fondoambiente.it/villa-necch…) is a plus for me.

Call of the Sea (@COTSGame ) is such a lovely gem. The Lovecraft/Cthulhu mythos is herein used not to create a horror game, but to tell a love story through an explorative puzzle adventure. Is this working? Greatly! Never boring, never too hard, and with such a significant ending

Completed Hob's Barrow. A solid horror-mystery adventure game with a well written story, a convincing set of locations, splendid dubbing and incredibly well balanced puzzle design (despite I usually dislike the antipattern of pushing all myst-like enigmas to the final part).

Honestly a very underpriced game, considering it is not short despite featuring a quick travel system. Only reason not to buy is if you hate horror and only play comic adventures or games with lots of globetrotting. Also, cool unexpected ending!

I'm loving #worsethandeath by @BenjaminRivers - a true love letter to the survival horror genre. Good pacing, intriguing story and beautifully crafted puzzles in classic locations. If you're into adventure games and #silenthill you truly shouldn't miss this.

Let's says puzzles are not all that matter in an #adventuregame, and all games have some infamous examples, but Grim Fandango is just one of those love/hate games where you understand while the genre as it was in the '90s is not for the masses.
