As you grow older you don't always need a better plan. Sometimes you need to make a decision, start, and adjust as you go.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all club coaches who continue to entrust us with their players to represent our nation at the national team level.
The national team is built on the foundation laid by our clubs. We appreciate you coaches 4 being part of this.

The best coaches don’t need to prove they’re the smartest person in the room. They focus on helping players grow, because results speak louder than ego.
Ego creates distance between a coach and their players. Humility builds trust, respect, and lasting success.@Thunderbirdsrug
