Our 10-bill affordability package is a forward‑looking strategy to foster long‑term prosperity across Pennsylvania.
No one should be violently attacked when we have the ability to keep that attacker behind bars.
Our legislation would strengthen restrictions on bail for defendants charged with violent offenses. It would ensure that protecting the community is central and that bail is denied when no release conditions can reasonably protect the public. ⬇️⬇️

Logan Mihailoff, a junior at Camas High, switched from the boys' cross country team to the girls' team midseason.
The switch sparked outrage among parents and students. Almost half of the girls competing in Tuesday’s race walked off the course in protest of the biological male's participation.
The girls’ decision was supported by their parents, many of whom attended the race with signs calling to keep men out of women's sports.
”You hear about it, but you just never think it's going to be on your kid's small cross-country team.”
Mihailoff has run in boys’ races as recently as last month, finishing 76th out of 301 runners.
But over a month later on October 10, 2026, Mihailoff ran in the women's elite race at the Nike Hole in The Wall XC Invitational in Arlington…placing 2nd.
