Great news: Pennsylvania has passed SB920 and achieved the six pillars of rape kit reform! A rape kit tracking system with a victim portal will be established within a year. We’re grateful to our partners at PCAR (@PCARorg) for their tireless advocacy.

Today, @LGAustinDavis and @PAVictimsOffice teamed up with @PCADVorg, @PCARORG, and @Lancaster_DA to highlight the importance of supporting victims and survivors of crime and to encourage support for the Shapiro-Davis Administration’s proposed $5M investment in the Victims Compensation Assistance Program in the 2024-25 state budget.
