Meanwhile in Eagle Pass, TX, the state has turned the City’s once beautiful Shelby Park into a militarized monstrosity, polluting the once majestic Rio Grande. At least the Paseo de Rio on the Mexican side remains majestic, as many Texas families cross for a day in the park.
