Everyone has to start somewhere, it's just starting is the hardest part. Just by simply joining up with a walking group or trying something new though is a big leap in the right direction. #Sports #determination #quotes #makingadifference

We were absolutely DELIGHTED to win the 2021 BASIS (The British Association for Sustainable Sport) award for Social Impact, Engagement and Education! It was wonderful to be part of BASIS’ 10th birthday celebrations 😀 #sustainablesportaward #award #eco

It might be a stormy day but without days like these there would not be sunny days with green grass and beautiful trees, sometimes even we need a rainy day to prepare us for the sunny days ahead. #rainyday #eco #nature #environment

Doing something a little bit everyday is a lot better than doing it all instantly then forgetting the next week after so by doing it in manageable steps you will improve your mentality and before you know it you'll be an expert. #mentalhealth #eco #zerowaste

Just simply going for a daily walk can change your entire mood and improve your mental health and wellbeing for the week, it's always a good thing to get out of the house and go into the great outdoors to get some fresh air. #mentalhealth #nature #walking #outdoors #ecoquotes

We are SO delighted! People's Postcode Lottery is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by the People’s Postcode Lottery. Pias_Wales received £10,500 from them to continue delivering sports activities throughout the Rhondda. We love helping our area and can’t wait to do more!

Everyday when you step out of your front door the first thing you are met with is the environment around you, just by noticing the beautiful scenery around you can impact and change the day for you. #environment #nature #envionmentallyfriendly #worldhealth #mentalhealth #eco

How exciting?! We're absolutely delighted to be short-listed amongst other, wonderful initiatives. We look forward to catching up with them later this month - we'll be thrilled whoever wins #sustainability #everyoneisawinner #sustainablesport #sport #basissustainablesportaward

As fun as technology is it distracts us from the most beautiful aspects of our world and our life, sometimes just stepping away for a moment and immersing yourself in nature changes your entire outlook on life. #eco #nature #worldhealth

Another fantastic walk today, See you all again next week! Everyone is welcome to join in, any queries feel free to drop us a DM.

Looking after the environment keeps it nice and clean for everybody and then preserves it for future generations, If you love sports you should love the environment because they go hand in hand. 🚵
