@DistroKid Hi, I have released a single and an EP at the end of last year. Both are having problems linking to the right Artist. I changed my name because someone else had it, causing confusion So I changed it from PXLZ to P!XLZ. All services worked except Apple Music and Spotify
@DistroKid with Spotify, the only issue is the artist name requires changing to P!XLZ. Everything else has worked with Spotify, even the album cover change which was done at the same time.
@AppleMusic and @Spotify can you also help with this please!? I have emailed Spotify with no reply.
@DistroKid Apple Music - I seem to be on someone else’s page. I am still on their page despite going through the Fix System. My Album Cover hasn’t updated on my single and I need a new artist page to represent my new name P!XLZ. Please can you look into this with Apple Music
@DistroKid It’s frustrating because I have waited a long time for the updates and it hasn’t worked. This is the only way I could try and contact you. Can someone please get in touch with me either on here or by email?
