This year we live up to the standard and Do It For Lou ☘️ He gave us the blueprint before he left us: 1. You have to be the most physical on the field. 2. We have to be the most fundamental. 3. Your players must care about one another. 4. Don't flinch. Now it's time to finish the job. 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐄. 𝐍𝐎. 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐓. #DoItForLou

Notre Dame alum and former CB Isaiah Dunn officially took his talents to South Bend’s own @16NewsNow today. On day one, he walked into the newsroom wearing a jacket that embodied exactly what shaped him in college: “Play Like a Champion Today.” Isaiah spent much of his free time interviewing players, studying the craft, and preparing for his move into the news world. That's how it's Dunn ☘️🔔 📸 @BreidyTV w/@Isaiahdunn22

Look at this Notre Dame locker room tour from 1994. These times seemed so much more simpler 😩 I'll keep saying it, I would give anything to have been born sooner to see some of Notre Dame's best times.
