If you live in a NYC rent stabilized apartment with your Mom + you co-resided with her for at least 2 yrs prior to her death, you have a good shot at succession rights.
In other words…that landlord should be giving you a lease, not eviction papers.

In an alternative universe NJ Gov @PhilMurphy is announcing an ambitious plan to expand PATH and to partner with the MTA for cross-hudson subway tunnel in light of the need to reduce traffic congestion and emissions.
