Innovative machine learning approaches for risk stratification in MASLD are being presented alongside data on the impact of new therapeutic indications on treatment eligibility. Experimental studies are also exploring acute dietary effects on hepatic fat, environmental drivers of immune reprogramming, mitochondrial interactions in MASLD and the role of pro inflammatory CD8+ T cells in early fibrosis.
