So, you want to change managing agents but think it is difficult or convoluted? Think again: flatmanagers.co.uk/news/insi…
We are excited to have another development in Brentwood added to our portfolio.
Our portfolio in Brentwood is expanding and we look forward to working with our upcoming properties in the local area.
A recent project that has been a huge success is the installation of flood barrier defences on one of our developments in Mistley.
Due to high tides and knowledge of historical floods, PMS have acted quickly to ensure that any flood damage is prevented in the future.
One of our developments in Harwich, Quayside Court, is undergoing an External Decorations and Storm Dry Masonry Projection Project.
Major work projects like this are scheduled under the sites maintenance plan, setup by PMS Managing Estates in accordance with the Lease.
Instructing a managing agent for your development that ticks all the boxes can be a challenge.
We are ARMA accredited, our property managers are qualified (or working towards) gaining professional qualifications with the Institute of Residential Property Mangers (IRPM).
We know that no two developments are the same.
Our experienced property management team, with qualifications at Associate and Member level of IRPM (or working towards), have a range of experience dealing with anything from listed buildings to modern new builds.
A five star Google review means so much to us.
If you wish to leave a Google Review, you can simply log into your Google account and search for us! We appreciate your feedback.
PMS Managing Estates continues to be part of ARMA.

What to do in an emergency? 🤷🏻♀️
Our office hours are:
📞 Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
However, we do have an out of hours team that will be able to assist you during an emergency.
People buying flats in buildings lower than 18m (59ft) in England will no longer have to provide safety details on external walls to get a mortgage.
