This makes too much sense IMO 🤷♂️
- Warriors get a 27yo starting level center. It would eat into their potential cap space next year, but it's a movable salary if they need to include Carter in another trade further down the line. They suddenly look like a playoff team so they'd be hoping the pick is outside the lottery.
- Magic get close to ducking the tax depending on what the KP buyout looks like, future financial relief & a first-round pick.
- Nets get a second for facilitating the trade

ELITE BENCH 🔥
Stephen Curry and Yaxel Lendeborg again led the way against the Heat on Thursday, but the Warriors also continued to prove their assembling one of the deepest benches in the league as their current winning streak extends to six 💪⬇

I’ll put my hand up and say I couldn’t have been more wrong about Georges Niang 🙋🏻♂️
Looked terrible through the first three games, but he’s proving valuable and more than just a three-point shooter 🔥

Paying Steph, Book and Podz over $140 million next season? 🤯
Or trading Podz before the extension even kicks in ala Poole? 🤔
Butler never suits up for the Kings?
Yeah I'd only do this trade if the NBA changed the rules preventing a bought out player from instantly re-joining the team he was just traded from 🤣
I totally get maintaining salary spots, but why not just give Quinten Post a one-year, $20 million deal instead?
Obviously they badly misread Porzingis' situation in thinking when they signed him that he'd actually play 😬
I'm still skeptical of what a 37-year-old Jimmy looks like post ACL, but it's also easy to forget just how good he was pre-injury last season.
He was 20-6-5 on 52/38/84 shooting splits and the Warriors had a +7.9 net rating with him on the floor 🔥
Realistically how many players in the league would you trade Yaxel for right now? 🤔
When you take into consideration contract value, age and all the other factors, I'm not sure you need more than two hands 🤯

What more can you say about Yaxel Lendeborg 🤯🔥⬇

Yaxel Lendeborg scored 37 points to lead Golden State to victory, the most by a Warriors rookie in a game since Stephen Curry had 42 in 2010.
Lendeborg is averaging 22.3 PPG this season, he's the 3rd player in Warriors history to average 20 PPG over his first 7 career games, behind only Hall of Famers Wilt Chamberlain (37.4 in 1959-60) and Rick Barry (22.9 in 1965-66).
Yaxel will shoot it like Steph some nights and bully guys driving downhill like LeBron on other nights...just an insane player without even considering he's a rookie 🤯🤣
