ALT A pile of finished copies of SUCH TIMES, the classic novel by Christopher Coe, now in a brand new jacket featuring cover art by the legendary Herve Guibert; a photo of Eugène Savitzkaya doing a handstand in a bucolic space. The books themselve are attractively arrayed in slatted sunlight on the concrete. We are so excited for this one, which unusually for us is a reissue, but a very important reissue indeed of a classic and important AIDS novel, now with a brand new introduction by Anderson Ferrell, who knew Christopher before he died over thirty years ago now. We will be launching this book later this summer at Powerhouse Arena - stay tuned for dates. Much love, Archway Editions.

ALT A captivatingly fuzzy reproduction of the cover image of Lynne Tillman's book with Taylor Lewandowski THE MYSTERY OF PERCEPTION, a book which Archway is publishing next month, a book-length interview where the two chat about Lynne's long and interesting life in writing and the arts. On the cover, which is brown with an eye-catching blue spot gloss placed at an angle, you can see clearly that the photo is of Lynne looking up at you from her computer where she writes. The pink flyer (which includes a white star or snowflake or shuriken) lists the information also, that this is at Powerhouse Arena on June 14th from 7pm to late, and that the readings are by Grace Byron, Claire Donato, John Keene, Anika Jade Levy, Patrick McGraw, Whitney Mallett (three in a row with their own mags!), K.O Nnamdie, Ariana Reines, Krithika Varagur, and Linda Yablonsky, along with music from Cowboy Heaven. As per usual, the flyer is by our very own Naomi Falk, author of the recently published SURRENDER OF MAN.
