The idea that Google would charge smaller advertisers to actually have access to decent support is gross. How we have let these platforms get away with not offering even basic customer service to paying advertisers continues to be mind blowing. #PPCChat

I do genuinely believe that the best model for EVERYONE is just a consistent level of GOOD support. When I first started out in 2016, I used to benefit so much from the support teams in Dublin and Ann Arbor, which in turn I could pass on to clients. I miss those days... #ppcchat

I have said for years that Google has things like this in their back pocket to keep revenue growing as the ad revenue literally cannot grow forever. I thought it would be a low fee analytics plan first. It is disgraceful the level of support paying customers receive... #PPCChat

Is it true that there is no way to reliably show the *actual* Google Ads costs for a specific time period in GA4? Google Ads support says "no". #ppcchat

#ppcchat I really don't want to move all shopping campaigns to Pmax, and the odds of the experiment not being in favour of Pmax were slim but here we are..

Happy new year everyone. Question. Best way to update 'availability' in merc ctr more than once per day? (Assuming your ecommerce provider doesn't offer API connection for merc ctr). #ppcchat

Google threatened to suspend one of my Merchant Center accounts because 'availability' was incorrect. How'd I fix it? Turned off automatic updates. (The feed was correct, Google's updates were not). You couldn't make it up. #ppcchat

The 'Configure' option has disappeared from GA4 for me? When did this happen? Do I need to go into 'Admin' now to set up conversions etc? #ppcchat

It has reappeared again. Not sure what is going on TBH.
#ppcchat Filled out support request while logged into merchants.google.com . Got an email from [email protected] saying that they were Google Ads support and I would have to fill in a different form to contact Shopping Support !
