然后步骤我是问GROK一步一步来的
图一：
Type 保持 Public Server（黄灯那个）
URL 下拉，尽量选 frigate.2140.dev
Use Proxy 先关着就行
点 Test Connection，下面白框里出现成功信息再继续
点右下角 Create New Wallet
图二：
点 Policy Type 下拉，改成 Single Signature SP（Silent Payments）
Script Type 一般会自动变成 Taproot
再点 New or Imported Software Wallet
选助记词这里我选的12位，生成新种子，手抄下来，确认后再回来
点右下角 Apply，设个钱包密码

Mnemonic Words (BIP39)右边可以保持 Use 24 Words（24 个词更稳），12 个也能用。
然后按这个顺序做：点 Use 24 Words 进去（或先改成 12 再点）
让 Sparrow 生成新助记词，
按提示再输入一遍确认
回到上一页点 Apply，设钱包密码
图四：上面写着 Ready to import，派生路径是：m/352'/0'/0'352' 就是 Silent Payments（BIP352）用的路径，说明现在是 SP 钱包，不是普通 Segwit。
点右上角蓝色的 Import Keystore
回到设置页，确认 Policy Type 是 Single Signature SP
点右下角 Apply
设一个钱包密码（只是打开 Sparrow 用，不是助记词）
左边点 Receive，复制 sp1 开头 的地址
