After looking at cash on hand and valuations this is no bueno in my opinion $LITE is way out over its skis right now and dilutive effects will be about a 30% haircut to $MRVL holders ballpark.. pinning it back to sub 200.. only question is can they accelerate the business and with it the multiples.. again with lite already high in regards to forward PE

They still don't get it. It is not the science and discovery of new drugs that are the road block. Its the 5 years it takes to run clincal trials to prove it works and its safe for humans. It will always take 12 months just to get FDA approval. I know of at least 5 to 10 drugs developed by tech bio companies over the last 5 years that all failed in clinic.

More than 160 House Democrats are backing legislation that would bring back the federal EV credit.
Here's what in the bill proposal:
• Double the EV credit for new EV purchases from $7,500 to $15,000.
• Double the used EV credit from $4,000 to $8,000.
• Lower income thresholds for new EV tax credits:
- Married filing jointly: $225,000 (down from $300,000)
- Head of household: $169,000 (down from $225,000)
- Single filers: $112,500 (down from $150,000)
• This bill would make all these tax incentives permanent.
The legislation was introduced on October 22 and has been referred to House committees. It has not been passed into law and there is no guarantee it will become law.
