you stole the design and idea. you may have worked for two weeks but imagine how much time the team that did this worked on it? they didnt have a reference point like you did. Its straight up theft. You're copying someone elses work. Its OK if its to study, not to profit.
we forget that there are real humans behind the things we see online. Ones who have put a lot of time and effort into making things unique and inspiring. lets be mindful of that
idk if its great to take someone's work (this was by @arvinleeuwis by the way), steal it and then profit off ot it. but what do i know. As designers and developers i think we can do better. this is just lazy. Stoked you liked the work, just dont steal it.
If you arent considering the human who made the thing you probably have a way easier time thinking of it as a tool you "discovered". I truly don't think whoever put this into the game even comprehends that this is someone else's hard work...
To second what I think you're saying, I feel like the issue here is less about the mood board and more about the simple fact that some folks don't consider symbols, fonts, or anything that's not a "painting" as something someone else made.
