The Fourth Amendment doesn't stop at your front door. The Supreme Court has held the area around your home, the curtilage, gets the same protection as inside it (Oliver 1984, Dunn 1987, Collins v. Virginia 2018). A sign won't stop a warrant. It puts everyone on notice: no consent to enter, search or record. On Apr 2, 2025, a DFS worker came to my door with three deputies, one hiding in the bushes. I'm putting these up. You should too. Protect your home. Know your rights. 🇺🇸

The certificate that they Hand you at graduation says Peace Officer. Not law enforcement officer. The job was to keep the peace, not to become a standing enforcement arm of the government no matter what kind of crap they push out of the capital building.

So a sitting United States Senator goes on camera a week before Election Day and says "we have lawyers who are already drafting the emergency case to be brought to the Supreme Court of the United States before the election and then in the immediate aftermath"… before the election. Not after a single vote was counted, not after anything happened, but before. And then Ed Markey keeps going, thousands of lawyers getting ready to be deployed at election stations in the key states, and "we have to be ready on Election Day to have a national strike," with millions of people coming out of their homes to protest what he already calls an electoral crime. A crime that has not happened yet, on a day that has not happened yet. Let me explain what you are looking at. When you write the lawsuit before the election and stage the crowd before the results, you are not protecting an election, you are pre-contesting one, and the outcome only counts if it goes your way. Now imagine a Republican senator saying those exact words on camera… how long before every network was running the word insurrection around the clock? I watched them call people like us dangerous for asking questions about machines. Markey plans the strike out loud and it is just another interview in Boston. @SenMarkey, if you are so sure you are winning big, why are the Supreme Court briefs already written? Go vote. All of you.
Markey Reveals Color Revolution Plan: Unions & Workers to Shut Down Nation? Senator Markey must have participated in the organized Ed Holder Election War Game Exercises. In a interview conducted today, Senator Ed Markey stated that lawyers were already drafting an emergency case to bring before the U.S. Supreme Court both before and immediately after the election. He added that thousands of lawyers were being prepared for deployment to key polling stations across multiple states. Markey further said preparations needed to include readiness for a national strike on Election Day, with millions of people taking to the streets to protest what he described as an attempted electoral crime. He specifically called for workers, unions, and businesses to shut down in a manner similar to the response in Minneapolis following the deaths of Alex Freddi and Renee Goode. Markey argued that the president was growing increasingly desperate because Republican fortunes had slipped, citing repeated visits to Texas to protect an otherwise safe Senate seat and campaigning in historically safe Republican states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. The Senator predicted that an anticipated large Democratic victory would prompt some Republicans in the House and Senate to distance themselves from the MAGA agenda rather than become “sacrificial lambs.” Markey expressed concern that desperation could lead to the deployment of ICE agents or the military, and he said the public mobilization would demonstrate outrage to the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed. This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic.

Hurt feelings are not probable cause. Someone talks back. Someone refuses to answer a question they do not have to answer. Someone films. And suddenly it becomes “disorderly” or “interference.” No. That is ego dressed up as enforcement, This is a cop on a power trip.

A law repugnant to the Constitution is void! 223 years later we have over 10 million codes and statutes. Houston, we have a problem!

Massachusetts has the oldest Constitution in the world and lists Sheriffs specifically as corrections oversight We’ve come a long way from John Adams ⚖️ Marxists like Maura Healey have dropped their mask 👇
Our sheriffs are sounding the alarm, and Governor Healey needs to listen. When 12 of our 14 sheriffs raise serious concerns about legislation that will impact public safety, those warnings should not be ignored. These are the professionals on the front lines who understand the challenges of keeping our communities safe. When individuals charged with serious violent crimes can be released without advance notification to federal authorities, we need to examine whether the law is putting public safety at risk. This should not be a partisan issue, and Governor Healey and state lawmakers need to listen to our sheriffs and work with them to address these concerns before creating potential gaps in public safety. As governor, I will lower the temperature, work closely with our sheriffs, police chiefs, and law enforcement professionals to strengthen cooperation and put the safety of Massachusetts residents first.

For immediate release: 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 MA4FairElections has exposed over 7500 deceased, yet still registered voters! Dates of death for some of these registrants date back to 2005 despite Massachusetts law requiring them to be immediately removed from the voter roll. Using recent data produced by Massachusetts government agencies, MA4FairElections volunteers have identified over 7,500 deceased individuals who remain registered to vote in 320 of 351 municipalities in the state. Because these registrations are on the voter rolls, ballot applications were likely sent to them, raising the risk that ballots could be fraudulently obtained and cast in the upcoming midterm election. See our website, MA4FairElections.org, for additional information and please consider supporting our organization with a tax deductible contribution.

🚨BREAKING: No child is safe in Maura Healey's sanctuary Massachusetts as a 14-year-old girl is horrifically raped inside of a church by a “Worcester man” (illegal alien) —who is arrested and released on a measly $15K bail. Violating a child is heinous. Democrats harboring these illegal aliens is unforgivable.

Anything that is still promoting the use of the federal reserve dollar which is not backed by any sound money, a.k.a. what our constitution describes a sound money, aka Gold and silver, should be abolished from the federal register as a law or statute.

Massachusetts is the most expensive state on the continental United States to live in. Latest MERIC data (Q2 2026): 48.1% above the national average. Only Hawaii is higher overall, but among the contiguous states, we’re #1. Housing and utilities are the biggest drivers. What do you think also contributes to Massachusetts ranking this high? What do you think is the main reason?

We live in a Constitutional Republic, NOT a democracy!! That means you have individual rights and they don't cease to exist just because you're outnumbered. Democracy is mob rule and there's a reason the Founding Fathers decided against it
