The USGS dropped or changed much of their main streamflow pages that many anglers enjoyed back in January. I have a new and better page which includes live stream flow data, weather, maps, popups and a table of specific fly fishing streams across the state. I think this is even better than what we had from the USGS. Give it a try, still in Beta mode. paflyfish.com/pages/USGS_Tes…

Based on observed rainfall since September 1, it's easy to see why nearly all of Pennsylvania is now drought-free! #PAwx

Out last night and caught this amazing hatch and spinner fall in Centre County at 8:45. Taken by my friend. That's not a dirty lens on his camera, but clouds of drakes, coffin flies, sulphurs, caddis and several other species.

Penns has been really difficult fishing this year. I made a run for Snyder County last night and enjoyed a great dusk hatch and spinner fall. #paflyfish

The Green Drake hatch lasted about 36 hours and was one of the lightest occurrences I have ever seen. Over and Done!

March browns still out, but the cold front has quieted the hatches on Penns the last couple of days.
