I'm calling this "ecological terror." Dumping sewage into a river in Judea and Samaria - no shame, no fear - he does it proudly. This doesn't just destroy wildlife and pollute the aquifers; it flows downstream to the coastal plain and Jordan Valley, contaminating them as well.
