This is INSANE. Ta'Nezah Austin was the person caught on video in Charlotte, North Carolina trying to run over a police officer who had his gun drawn.
She's now officially been indicted by a grand jury for "Assault With a Deadly Weapon". Great news, right?
Except.... she was given just a $3,000 bond and walked free.
THIS is the work of the Democrat party.

AOC called Charlie Kirk’s rhetoric ignorant, while making an ignorant statement.
She also misrepresented what Charlie said about the Civil Rights Act.
We can’t keep doing this - it’s putting people in danger.
We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was: a man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted Black Americans the right to vote was a “mistake,” who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that “some amazing patriot out there” should bail out his assailant, and accused Jews of controlling “not just the colleges – it’s the nonprofits, it’s the movies, it’s Hollywood, it’s all of it.”
His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans – far from “working tirelessly to promote unity” as asserted by the majority in this resolution.”
We can condemn his horrific assassination and the scourge of political violence without uplifting these ideas.

I’ve seen him turn his life around spiritually & as a father & husband over the last 7 yrs. His life today revolves 100% around his family & his TN farm. Anyone who works for Fox & Friends weekends knows it is a family friendly environment - we have 19 kids between the 3 cohosts - and our kids are often on set. With a blended family & a job w/ lots of travel, Pete makes extraordinary efforts to be present w/ his kids, bringing them regularly to NYC for weekends w/ dad - museums, baseball games & restaurants - before they all return to sleep in his hotel room. On Sundays, he bolts out of the studio so he can catch a plane and attend church w/ his family. He is a man of deep faith who proudly clings to his Bible because he has the humility to know he needs it. I know all of this because he is one of my very best friends. You will not meet a kinder more generous person. He is an intentional dad & husband, always striving to be better and present. He is also wicked smart. Ten current and former Fox employees say that Pete Hegseth, Trump’s pick for defense secretary, drank in ways that concerned his co-workers.
Two of those people said that on more than a dozen occasions during Hegseth’s time as a co-host of “Fox & Friends Weekend,” which began in 2017, they smelled alcohol on him before he went on air.
Three current employees said that his drinking remained a concern up until Trump announced him as his choice to run the Pentagon, at which point Hegseth left Fox.
A Trump transition team spokesperson called the claims "completely unfounded and false."
