I talk often about my BPD cuz of my experience with it and the work I've done navigating mine. I kinda enjoy dissolving the stigma and mystery tbh. But uh - gonna take a little time and practice before I get to that level with my new OSDD-1 diagnosis, lol.

Been working with a therapist on this for 5-6 months so it's not a shocking thing exactly. One more piece to the puzzle, a new item on the list. I did deny the possibility of it for years until the symptoms and distress got real bad this year. Oh well, only way out is up.

At this particular place interview #1 seemed to go great. But interview #2 with the store manager was like 5 mins or less. "Tell me about yourself" and "Any questions for me?" was it. Like as if he already decided before I even sat down.

I just can't keep doing DoorDash man, the market here is straight cheeks. Rly scared of losing my SNAP benefits at the end of the month as well if I'm not making enough. I'm also just pissed that employers don't call if you're NOT selected. I want feedback!! I'm human too! 😭

Had two interviews for a job and I called back and was told they decided not to move forward with me, requested the manager to call back and give me feedback as to why but who knows if that'll happen. Am I overqualified? Is the job market rly that cooked?

Like this is fast-food/fast casual. I've been in that environment for 4+ years before and a shift lead and I'm WAY more personable and mature than I was back then. They ask about mistakes and accountability in the interviews and my answers feel solid - I learned and redirected.
