1. It took all my will power to not tell a salesman to fuck off. Knock at door. No one there. I figured they'd seen my sign that says 'Do not try to sell me anything.' Another knock. "Are you the big boss of the house, are you in charge?" "Who are you?"

2. "A lot of people round here are complaining about gas and electricity prices." I pointed at my sign. "Have you got gas and electricity?" "No gas." "Then you've got electricity, how can I sell you something you've already got, eh?" I shut the door in his cocky little face.

3. Why do people think they're going to get a sale when they piss me off by ignoring an obvious sign? Not only that but then talking to me like I'm some sort of idiot. I'm regretting not saying something now. The next salesman's going to get the full whack.

1. I went with a friend to pick up some bits he'd bought on eBay. "I've got some more stuff if you want to have a look." Go on then... Oh Lordy! I reckon a conservative estimate of 500,000 NOS electronic components. Boxes and boxes and boxes.

This explains a lot. I just found out that DHL now own a chunk of Evri. I noticed that Evri had got better and DHL had got worse.

It still tastes alright, but I bought a new one anyway. I don't want to push it...

1. Here's some useful information that I've just learned. If a scammer has managed to gain access to an online account that uses a credit / debit card, make sure you remove the card from every online account that uses it BEFORE you are issued with a new card.

2. If you can still access the accounts of course. Sometimes card companies allow transactions using your old card details to be paid from your new card. Even if the old card has been blocked.

3. They do this to avoid interruptions in subscriptions when a card expires. It's a big security hole, as one of my customers has just found out.

Dear @RoyalMail I waited in for a parcel until 2pm when I received an email saying "Sorry we can't deliver today, it'll be tomorrow." So I went out. Ha, ha, you'll never guess, you DID try and deliver my parcel, and you took it away again. Oh how I laughed. How I fucking laughed.

He blames "high taxes and high immigration". In other words, I don't want to pay my fair share, blame the poor people, not me. Man U. have 17 foreign players on their team. Send them home then. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm04…
