My NHS experience 🧵
This week I was unfortunate enough to be on the other side of patient care but all I can say is my bloody god I LOVE our NHS. From the call taker at 999 who took the call from my housemate, to my paramedic colleagues who arrived 10 minutes later,

Don’t worry about your A level results, I dropped out after failing 2 out of three subjects and went to work in the corporate world for 9 years. Getting some life experience has made me much better at communicating with people from all walks of life, your life isn’t over 💚
After 5 long years going back into education all came to an end just like that! The support I’ve had along the way is immensely encouraging and I can’t thank my loved ones enough for it, time face the world now 🚑 #NQP #newparamedic

5 years ago, I decided I was going to change careers. I put my house up for sale, handed in my notice and applied and applied to go back to education after 10 years.
Today I received a conditional offer of employment as a paramedic 🥲🥲
Many students may not have any other photo ID. This is a direct way to stop student voting because the tories know they don’t have students on their side.
