Since 2022, we've been campaigning for @lb_southwark to train housing staff in compassion & respect towards residents.
Last week, we gathered to design the training and celebrate its provision with @lb_southwark & @steviecryan.
But how did we get from pain to change?🧵

Whilst parenting is one of the most challenging and impactful things we do, it can often be undervalued.
That's why we have @PACTSouthwark, a space for people to connect, develop and build the confidence to create change in their lives & communities 🏡

The work isn't over yet.
We are calling on the government to listen and pass these amendments to #StopChildDetention 📢
