The Specialist Academy spent the session last night with @TMPCoach on group mental performance training.
Our athletes wore Muse 2 brain-sensing headbands and followed live EEG feedback on iPads — seeing focus, calm, and attention shift in real time instead of guessing how locked in they were.
That data turns “stay focused” into something they can actually train: notice when the mind wanders, reset under pressure, and build the same kind of reps they already put into technique. @IMGAFootball @CoachDonteIMGA @dzoloty @ParksCochrane @JETB12 @CoachKLang

I will be playing rugby at Arizona State University. Thank you to all the coaches that have poured in so much time and energy into me and those that believed in me. I would not be who I am today without those. Excited for the new beginning! @asurfc @Coach_LaPlante @KAFFSports @CoachBigelowIMG

Thank you @AZKicking for a great finest four camp. I had a great time and was able to come away as best charted punter, college punt competition winner, and overall punt competition winner. Here are two of the balls from the competition with trackman stats shown. I will post all trackman charts when they are out. All punts were recorded and backed up by @TrackManFB . Looking for a home still and forward to continuing to work and get 1% better everyday! @Coach_LaPlante @ParksCochrane @CoachBigelowIMG @KAFFSports @Coach_AAnand @TimRoschmann
