Good thing the Republicans in Congress took months off to campaign instead of actually working and passing the Save Act.

I think it would have been a good idea to pass the SAVE America Act.

This man was handed a once-in-a-generation GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to change the country for the better... ...instead he blocked Trump at every turn, sent the Senate on WEEKS OF VACATION and refused to pass the SAVE Act. What a vile human being.

🚨 VERY IMPORTANT: DISTURBING REPORT FROM SAN DIEGO BALLOT DROP-OFF LOCATION An eyewitness reports that the ballot drop box at the library on Voltaire Street was so full that voters were being turned away. According to the witness, ballots were on the ground as election workers slowly emptied the overflowing box, filling TWO bags. The witness says one worker then loaded the bags into an unmarked minivan. When she began recording, an election worker allegedly told her to DELETE THE VIDEO. She refused.

Today is the reason @LeaderJohnThune needs to be removed from Senate Leadership. It’s the midterms and our elections were not secured. He had 2 years to get it done.

Arizona does it AGAIN. Maricopa vote centers went DARK from power failures. Paradise Community College. Sunset Canyon School. Laveen. Voters turned away and redirected. Officials swear they all reopened. Why is it ALWAYS Maricopa?

There you have it. The fix may already be in - trying to steal the election. Where is the DOJ? And the texas Sec of State? And the Governor? @AGToddBlanche
Well… Bexar County rolled out brand new scanners for the first time this election, and they jammed at at least seven early voting sites in San Antonio, some for three to four hours, while voters stood there and watched their ballots drop into an emergency bin instead of the machine. The elections administrator says the ballots were "not falling the way we'd like them to." That is the whole explanation. Now keep in mind the county's own training slides told judges to rescan those bin ballots right there at the site, while the Texas Secretary of State's handbook says keep them separate and send them to central count… and two election judges say the instructions changed in the middle of early voting. So which rule did they follow, at which site, and who signed for those ballots? You have no way to check whether yours was ever scanned, and the county turned down an interview and says it won't brief the press on the bins until Election Day. I have watched this movie before in Colorado, and it never ends with more transparency after the results are in. This is the Paxton Senate race in the fourth largest county in Texas. @BexarElections, publish the emergency bin counts and chain of custody logs for every one of those sites today, not after the polls close.

The bullshit continues…. PRO-TIP: Maricopa County voters, find a voting center in the most liberal part of town and go there. My gut tells me you’ll find fewer equipment malfunctions, shorter lines, no electricity issues, plenty of ballots, etc..
Due to a power outage, the Vote Center located at the Laveen Elementary School District Office is temporarily closed. Please visit Locations.Maricopa.Vote to find a nearby voting location.

TALARICO TAPES: Williamson County Democratic Chair and James Talarico’s Girlfriend’s Family Reveal to O’Keefe That Talarico Is Portraying Himself as a Moderate to Win Over Texas Voters, but Privately Holds Very Progressive Positions on Border Security, Immigration, Abortion, and Transgender Surgeries for Minors “James [Talarico], he's not going middle.” “He's [Talarico] definitely going to play the middle ground because he's in Texas. but he is a lot more progressive on it [abortion].” “Don't put too much stock into border security comments…“He [Talarico] and I have spoken about these issues.” “He [Talarico] probably said that to try to make himself appear more centrist. He's very liberal…but we've got to get elected, so we can do something.” @jamestalarico @texasdemocrats @wilcotnyd @wilcotxgov @kimg_atx

🚨REPORT🚨 The City of Plano has informed me that the Plano Police Department and Police Chief Ed Drain are under investigation as a result of my report and the accusations made. READ THE FULL REPORT BELOW.
🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨 The City of Plano has launched an investigation into the Police Department and Chief Ed Drain following my public and private allegations. The City of Plano has contacted me regarding an ongoing investigation into the Plano Police Department and Police Chief Ed Drain. Deputy City Manager LaShon Ross informed me that Kim Moore, a board-certified labor and employment law attorney with the firm Clark Hill, has been brought in to investigate accusations I have made both publicly and privately about the department and the chief. “The City acknowledges the need to investigate these allegations which have been shared with the City Manager’s Office, City Council and other members of the public,” Ross said. This follows multiple tips that came in through our tip line alleging several concerning matters involving Chief Drain directly. Those matters were forwarded to the mayor, city manager, and city council. I previously provided the city with critical details of the allegations I have received. I recently learned that some of the video footage from that alleged incident is unavailable via public records request. After learning that I was aware of an incident involving an alleged DWI accident and a former top department official, the department recently changed one of its policies. That individual was never investigated for the alleged DWI, and all related recordings were reportedly deleted. The person was not terminated but later retired with benefits. Weeks ago, I also released a photo showing Chief Drain allegedly asleep during a meeting. It was not the first such incident or the only photo. Separate accusations concerning a driving incident have also been brought to the city’s attention. I recently learned that some of the video footage from that alleged incident is unavailable via public records request. In August, I confronted Drain after speaking at the City Council meeting. During the interaction, Drain was holding his phone with the flash on, indicating he was filming me, while leaving his firearm exposed and unsecured. His left hand was occupied with the phone, leaving him unprepared to protect the weapon. He also did not have his body camera on. A public records request has been submitted for his personal device. Separately, Plano Officer Ken Mings remains under investigation after I filed a complaint against him in August. I alleged that Mings intentionally failed to file a police report or properly investigate an incident in which Egyptian immigrant Harvy Barsoom followed me into my home. Mings allegedly repeatedly refused to review the footage, declined to show it to me, and insisted no crime had occurred. Barsoom was only investigated after I threatened to sue the City of Plano, posted the footage online, and received millions of views. Barsoom later pleaded guilty in criminal court to trespassing and admitted he left the property only after seeing my firearm. Barsoom was only investigated after I threatened to sue the City of Plano, posted the footage online, and received millions of views. Although Mings is currently being investigated by Plano’s Professional Standards Unit, that unit is overseen by Chief Drain. Drain and Mings have a personal relationship, a concern I have also raised directly with the City of Plano. I have declined the City of Plano’s request to meet with me after Plano Police sources confirmed the meeting is solely intended to gather more details about the status of my journalistic investigation and information on my sources. The City already has a long list of people it can speak with privately. An email from a 20-year veteran of the Plano Police Department was sent to the Mayor, City Manager, and City Counsel. A copy of the emails was obtained via public records request. In my view, meeting with me would only escalate the ongoing cover-up. I will be releasing another report, pending the outcome of the City’s investigations.

In 2006, the evening news told America something the CDC never wanted you to hear: Over 20 years, seniors' flu shot rates more than quadrupled. Their flu deaths didn't fall. They kept climbing. And when reporters asked to interview the government scientist behind the study, the NIH said no. 🧵
