I heard in today's #SharePoint event that .agent files can be treated like any other file and used in web parts. But this is not working for me ("this isn't a link to a file type we support"). What am I missing?

This is my #SharePoint 20th anniversary. 20 years non-stop leveraging SharePoint and everything that grew from it. And still uncovering new capabilities. Yesterday was test day for eSignature.
In which regions is #SharePoint eSignature available today? I tried a couple US regions and it says it's not available yet.
