"Deep in his heart, your father wants you to be better than him, but his wounded pride doesn't let him show it" Oh hey, wait. Wanting you to be better than him is a Father's sole job. If the father is not univocally, enthusiastically consensually directly invested in make you, better, into launching you as high as he can, upwards. Any inch shorter than that, which is the bare minimum: he's not in Father function. And if instead he brings you down, he's inverted, aka, evil. Evil Father. How much, evil? Just enough for it to matter and have forever rippling consequences. It creates, hell. If you stay. Because now you're complicit - now you facilitate it, now you, create, it. So what to do. Ditch him fully. That may teach him the lesson. But, who gives a fuck. "No wait, you don't get it, Dad gives me cash, he's not that bad, I understand, him, he sometimes supports, a little, I will show him and then maybe..." Stop. Because those are the ripples I warned about. Imagine you had a greater father. One that does believe in you, and your full potential. Imagine following that guidance. And compare. Now really compare with what you're doing here, who you're becoming, trace those two in parallel. What would your greater father what you to do, to diminish yourself for money, or, to ditch the people who diminish you. Because this is a pattern you will repeat forward. With bosses, with authority figures, with others. This is a debt now you carry inside, one that creates a gap that will twitch you, forever, as long as you carry it. This is also what the father archetype configuration looks like in, you. Now it's part of you. Listen. This is you as a father. One way or another, this, will, be, you. Reject that proposition. Cut it. Clean. Pursue greatness. Do not take the lower option. Do not receive it, do not submit to it, do not, enact it. Or. What would your greater father want you to do? What would he choose for you? Do, THAT. Fulfill your function and seek people who do theirs. Father roles and otherwise. Create heaven.

the world doesn't owe u anything for having good intentions. u can be kind, honest, and morally right and still lose. build skills. develop judgment. learn to read people and situations. become capable enough that u don't have to depend on everyone liking u to get where u want to go.

I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.

a man's life starts falling apart when he stops taking responsibility for it. he escapes into comfort, blames his circumstances, and keeps waiting for things to change. but nothing changes until he does. every setback gives u a chance to adjust, make a different move, and become more capable. or u can keep telling yourself the same story. your call.

there’s no such thing as people who are destined to win and people who aren’t. there are people who take a setback as a final answer, and people who treat it as feedback. one lets rejection decide what’s possible. the other adjusts, finds another way, and keeps moving.

being a good person won't automatically make u respected. being useful won't automatically make u untouchable either. build real competence. learn to handle shit other people can't. make yourself someone who can create options instead of begging for them. stop trying to convince people you're valuable. give them a reason to see it.

You don't need to believe every loss will be replaced by something better. You need to stop treating every loss like it permanently reduced what life can offer you. Some people won't come back. Some opportunities won't repeat. Fine. That doesn't mean you've run out of possibilities. The danger is turning one rejection into a verdict on yourself, one failure into proof you can't do it, one missed chance into a reason to stop taking chances. You don't know what the next opportunity will look like. That's exactly why you keep moving. Not because reality owes you a better substitute, but because you haven't seen everything reality can offer you yet.
for your own sake, you genuinely have to believe in the theory of infinite abundance for every lost love, missed opportunity, blown chance & failed test, there’s always a future substitute of equal or greater value this is the only rational way to trick yourself into getting the most out of life

if you spend your whole life trying to avoid regret, you'll end up regretting how little you actually did. growth means making choices without knowing exactly how they'll turn out. it means risking rejection, getting things wrong, and letting go of paths you could've stayed on. you don't get to expand your life without leaving something behind.

the fastest way to lose your position is to make other people's approval your priority. say yes when you mean no, hide what you want, keep adjusting yourself to avoid disapproval. that's how you become dependent on their reactions. hold your ground, make your own decisions, and let people deal with the fact that you won't always agree with them.

a man loses himself when he stops making choices and starts letting life happen to him. he avoids the hard shit, waits for motivation, and blames everything except his own decisions. you don't need to suffer to prove you're growing. you need to face what's in front of you, take responsibility, and do something about it. that's how you get your life back.

nothing builds self-trust like knowing u can handle whatever the fuck comes your way. not because everything goes your way, but because when it doesn't, u know how to adjust, figure shit out, and keep moving.

this is unironically how you should move through life: expect good things. stay open to possibilities. assume there's a way to make things work, even when you don't see it yet. you don't need to know exactly how everything will happen. you just need to stop treating life like it's against you and start playing to win.

there are always 2 or 3 decisions you know you should make that would completely change your life. you keep putting them off. they loom large. because making them means trusting your own judgment, risking rejection, and leaving behind the version of life you've gotten comfortable with. but you don't get a bigger life by protecting the one you already have.

One of the hardest lessons in life is this: STOP TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE SEE WHAT YOU SEE. you can explain, advise, even lead by example. but people will choose their own path, even when it hurts them. let them. respect their choices, protect your own direction, and stop confusing caring about someone with being responsible for their life.

Be in the sun. Properly in it. Not the ten-minute walk to the shop. Not the desk-by-the-window approximation. Walking in it, swimming in it, eating in it, sleeping under the open window with it warming the room at six in the morning. There is a measurable difference by August between the man who spends summer in fluorescent light and the man who spends it in sunlight - and you can see it on his face. Sun-tanned men look like they have lives. Pale men look like they've been hiding from one.
Lack of sunlight is associated with lower cognitive performance.

be the guy who can make any interaction fun. flirt, tease, play around, make people laugh. not everything needs a goal. not every interaction needs to get you something. stop treating every conversation like a test where you have to prove your worth. relax, play the game, and let people enjoy being around you.

"It’s so fucked up how you gotta treat the women you want like shit so they’ll like you" Dominance is the missing piece. The attraction isn't coming from being an asshole. It's coming from the fact that you're no longer asking her to decide who you're allowed to be. Men often think they have two options: be nice and get ignored, or treat her like shit and get desired. But dominance isn't mistreating her. It's not surrendering your frame just because you want her. You show interest because you want her. You lead because you know what you want. You set boundaries because her approval doesn't override your standards. You can be affectionate without becoming submissive to her reactions.
