There's usually an alternative approach for tools you're using.
Node -> Bun
Vuex -> Pinia
Redux -> Recoil / Jotai
Webpack -> RSpack
Rollup -> Vite
Polymer -> Lit
React -> Solid
Vue -> Svelte
Angular
Prettier -> Biome
Next -> Remix
Hey @Efteling super die laadplaatsen! Maar misschien goed om de plaatsen ook vrij te houden voor de mensen die wel willen laden.
To my fellow #java people.
Please have a look at Instancio github.com/instancio/instanc…
Hey @telegram I’ve got quite some people over to telegram. But I’m also their helpdesk now 🤷♂️ They are complaining a lot of bot accounts, is there something they can do?
@DHLNL
Hoe kan het dat mijn pakketje, vanuit Duitsland, na 1 keer niet aannemen (waar jullie zelf twee keer verhinderd waren). Meteen terug gestuurd wordt?
Thinking to submit a paper for #jfall23
'Testing modern java applications' Would you be interested, and do you think it is still relevant?
It might be an unpopular opinion. But I’ve been noticing changes to my feed, in a positive way. I’m seeing more relevant and fun things. Anyone else noticing changes?

My team is hiring! You may have seen me talk or write about PostNL's serverless Event Broker, and this is your chance to join the team that builds it.
We're looking for an experienced software engineer with strong knowledge of AWS serverless services.

I'm really happy with the positive response to maple, my #java slf4j #logging backend.
Hopefully I can move it up from alpha stage now. I'm curious about it's impact on high demanding systems.
If you tried it, let me know your thoughts!

Oh wauw, de @IKEANederland medewerkers hoorde mij klagen, de eigenaars worden omgeroepen om de auto te verplaatsen 🤓! Good busy!

Teaching #EventSourcing and #EventDrivenArchitecture in less than 5 minutes:
"Events are the building blocks of all web applications... user interactions or API calls that change something in the database."
Nooooo! 🤪 When will this ever end?

"CRUD is good enough for the job" is a cop out when you know #EventSourcing is the same effort with 100 more benefits. Just because you haven't used it and are familiar with CRUD doesn't make CRUD a better default.
