China's lead negotiator has just joined #COP27 at the Methane Ministerial to announce to his very great friend, John Kerry: China has drafted a methane action plan and it is moving through completion in the political process. China and Kerry agreed to this in Glasgow. Excellent!
#COP27 - 130 countries have signed the #MethanePledge. More expected & new satellites will soon pinpoint #methaneemissions quickly. We now are in a sprint to reduce #methane so that we can stay in the marathon to reduce carbon emissions.
