Portfolio Update 8/20/26 | New Website
Go check out our new website: wescalecreators.com/ 😎
Also cracked the $11M!
This is our plan to hit $35M+ in 2027.
Just wrapped our second company offsite.
We rented a mansion in Scottsdale, flew the entire team in, and spent three days on one question:
How do we go from just under $20M in year two to $35M in year three?
Here's the recap:
1. Spend more. Raise LTV.
We're a full-service marketing and advertising firm backed by our own capital.
The more we spend, the more we make.
But every offer and market has a cap before you start seeing diminishing returns.
CPCs are also climbing this quarter and they’ll only continue going up over time.
So the only way to keep scaling is to make every customer worth more.
Across our portfolio, we’re working on building deeper backends…
Product suites, multiple mid-ticket options, AI tools, masterminds, etc.
The business that can afford to pay the most for a customer wins.
The preparation for climbing costs needs to happen now.
2. Creative quality over creative volume.
We've built systems that can reliably produce hundreds of ad creatives per day per partner.
We're ahead of the curve but here's the honest take:
Pretty soon, everyone will be able to do this.
So volume is no longer the game - quality is.
And quality comes from data, taste, and judgment.
Think of every ad as an investment.
You're putting real money behind a bet. Most bets lose and a few win big.
Which means two numbers decide everything: your win rate, and how fast you cut the losers.
Raise the win rate, prune faster, and you scale offers faster than competitors.
That's the entire creative focus for 2027. Not just the fastest output. The best.
3. Building autonomous hands.
We already built the brain.
Our internal system, Omnia, ingests every dollar we spend across every offer, learns what's working, and makes the next dollar smarter.
Now we're building the hands.
Today, when an image or video ad is finished, copy is written, paired, and ready to ship on Meta autonomously.
Next up:
When an ad wins, the system creates variants, generates new angles, pairs them with copy, and queues them for testing on its own.
That's one example but we're building this across the entire business.
The goal is a company where the humans make the judgment calls and the system does everything else.
4. 10X winners. Kill losers fast.
We can usually tell within 1 to 2 weeks whether a new offer is going to be a big winner.
Some take longer.
But we’ve made the mistake multiple times of keeping offers that are scraping by after months of optimization.
Right now, a handful of offers carry a disproportionate share of our revenue.
These are essentially power laws in motion which is normal.
But in 2027 we want more offers pulling real weight, and we want the slackers gone faster.
Because a slacking offer costs you in multiple ways:
The money it's losing.
The time and energy your best people pour into it instead of into winners.
And the opportunity cost/capacity it's occupying that a bigger offer could fill.
This is essentially the same way we’re thinking about ads.
Place the bet, get the result, and either cut fast or double down on what's working.
5. Who we are.
The biggest moat in the age of AI isn't as much tools as it is WHO YOU ARE.
It's really the people.
So the principles we're building 2027 around:
Maniacal urgency.
Going the extra mile.
Pro communication.
And leverage over labor.
When you have a team that moves at a maniacal sense of urgency…
goes the extra mile without being told…
Communicates clearly and precisely…
And leverages systems to multiply themselves…
Then who can compete?
Three years ago this company didn't exist.
We ended up cracking $8M in year one.
Pacing just under $20M in year two.
And year three we’re going to crush $35M.
We've hit every goal we've ever set and this one won't be any different.
Back to work 👊
Portfolio Update 9/1/26 | New Partner
We Scale Creators is looking to bring on one more partner to add an additional $500K - $1M+ /month in revenue.
Everything is on our own dime, performance-basis only, and we don't touch any of the money you're making now.
We're looking for someone with:
- Info offer
- Strong high-ticket backend
- Solid product with low refunds and chargebacks
- Ideally has an organic presence
We'll spend upwards of $10,000+ per day of our own money into ads, build the funnel, emails, copy, design, ascension, support, fly out to you quarterly, and more.
We're currently averaging around $2M /month and you'll be working with the best team in the world.
If this is you, or you know someone, we also pay out 5% of our profit-share up to $100,000 in total pay out per partner.
Shoot me a DM 👊👊
Does anyone have any recommendations for a sales agency that can have female-only closers?
We have an offer that's nearly 100% liquidation on the front-end (low-ticket ascension funnel) for a female-only business opportunity market.
Great front-end stats, need a great closing team on the back-end
Any intro's or rec's would be greatly appreciated!
Portfolio Update 8/28/26 | $300K Launch Flop
A couple months ago, we spent $300,000 on launching a new challenge funnel for one of our biggest partners.
We were projecting around $3M in total revenue generated.
The launch ended up completely flopping and left us with very little profit.
Which is incredibly rare for us.
There’s one big take-away that we took from this that I figure I’d share before I head out to dinner…
In marketing, we tend to always think in terms of “what would make this launch SUCCEED?”
We only look at one side of the coin, and begin executing on the copy, the funnel, and all the launch assets.
But if we had inverted that question into "what would make this FAIL?"
I’m confident we would have spotted the EXACT reason I believe the launch flopped.
You need both optimism and inversion-based thinking.
Those 10 minutes of pessimism would have saved us $300K.
Inversion-based thinking is one of the highest-ROI processes we’ve now implemented into our business, and we use it for ads, funnels, copy, and so on.
Enjoy the weekend 👊
Everything is a game of incentives.
You can radically shift behavior by changing payoffs.
But most leaders view incentives purely as rewards.
The absence of consequences is also an incentive.
If someone slacks and nothing happens, they’ll be incentivized to continue slacking.
There’s also a layer deeper:
If setters are incentives to set as many leads as possible, qualified leads become secondary.
If media-buyers are incentives to increase budget, ROAS can tank.
It’s critical to look at what people are rewarded for doing, not what they say they want, and also look at the second-order consequences.
This applies to nearly every realm of business.
It’s also why the best offers are asymmetric.
The more you uncap the upside, and cap the downside, the stronger the incentive, and the offer sells itself.
Being a great leader is designing incentives and pay-offs so well that the behavior you want is the default behavior.
Portfolio Update 8/27/26 | Crushing Meta Ads in 2026
There’s only ONE ad type that CONSISTENTLY scales to $100,000+ in spend on a single ad.
We launch 400+ unique ads every month across our portfolio…
But this one does the real heavy lifting.
Here’s how we’re crushing Meta ads in 2026:
In every market, we flood two awareness levels first:
1. Problem aware - they feel the pain but don't know solutions exist.
2. Solution aware - they know solutions exist but don't know YOU.
These ads are profitable. Scale to $5K - $30K each in spend. Fatigue in 2-3 weeks on average.
But here’s what most people don’t know:
They’re not just driving revenue, they’re building market awareness.
That’s when we transition to most-aware ads.
MOST-AWARE ads target people who already know you and your product.
They just need a reason to act NOW.
These have very short-form copy focused on urgency, scarcity, and social proof.
They’re typically in a product-stack/icon set format.
THESE are the ads that scale to six figures in spend and stay profitable for months.
Here’s how we run this cycle on repeat:
We start with a 70/30 budget split - 70% problem/solution aware, 30% most aware.
Sometimes 80/20.
We let the top-of-funnel ads flood the market for 2-3 weeks.
They naturally increase the market’s awareness of the product and face.
Then the most-aware ads start cranking.
We’ll flip the budget to a 60/40 or 50/50 ratio of most-aware ads.
Then, they’ll naturally fatigue over 2-4 weeks and you revert the ratio back to 70/30.
Repeat over and over.
The most-aware ads also require a lot less refreshing and variants.
Timing is the key here.
This absolutely crushes for us across every market.
Back to work 👊
The future of marketing will be agentic.
Nearly every agency in the game will crumble.
You will only be able to out-compete by leverage.
When services are autonomous, you can only win by unique data at scale.
Same models, same tools, why you?
That’s what we’ve spent the last two years building - and the build never stops.
Hyper-intelligence built on $50M+ in real data.
Every dollar we deploy, across every offer, makes the next dollar smarter.
Every hook that converts autonomously spawns and tests new variations.
Every creative that wins ships new variants.
Every funnel, every email, every market feeds the same brain.
Every meeting, message, and file is stored and accessible in one click.
Every data point backed by our own capital.
The reality is the future is already here.
The lag will make itself known soon.
If you’re not all-in on AI systems now...
Get on it or you will be left behind.
Portfolio Update 8/26/26 | Inside an 8-Figure Remote Company
We generate 8 figures a year with ~18 people.
Fully remote, across multiple time zones, moving faster than teams 10x our size.
Here's the entire machine:
We run a pod structure.
Each pod is essentially a marketing company: copy, design, editing, media buying, etc.
Each one runs multiple partners and consists of:
👑 Leadership
📊 Head of Performance Marketing
🎨 Creative Director
🤖 CTO
📋 Project Manager
✍️ Copywriters
🖌️ Designers
🔧 Funnel Builders
🎬 Editors
💰 Media Buyers
⚡ Virtual Assistants
Every senior member gets a direct cut of profit share on the partners they run.
Then, there’s culture, which is everything - and it needs to be engineered:
🎙️ Virtual offices in Discord
📅 Weekly pod meetings
🚨 War rooms
✈️ Quarterly off-sites
You don’t need a massive team to get to 8-figures.
You need A-players, with real incentives, and great systems.
Every partner who works with us has our full team at their disposal at no cost.
And we have the best team in the world.
Which is the only reason we've been able to hit 8-figures in our first two years in business.
Back to work 👊
We built an app with Claude Code and scaled it to $387,403 ARR in 3 months.
This is one of the best ways to add MRR to info-offers that don't have high-ticket back-ends.
You can build it in a weekend.
Solve a problem your front-end offer doesn't.
Make it a low-cost subscription.
And sell it via upsells, emails, & SMS post-purchase.
Ideally, your offer is profitable on the front-end...
And the MRR keeps stacking month-over-month at pure profit.
This is the EASIEST way to know if your offer is going to convert on cold traffic.
It’s obvious and most marketers don’t do it.
Copy the exact headline on your landing page.
Place it directly on your creative.
Put it in the ad headline and hook.
If it DOESN’T convert with PERFECT congruency between the ad and lander…
You either have an offer or messaging problem.
Most marketers will launch offers with dozens of angles, except the most congruent one.
Don’t be surprised when this is your highest converting ad.
I’ve been seeing a big uptick in gurus trying to sell courses on the publishing model.
I get it - it’s hot and novel.
But what they DON’T tell you is…
You need to master copy, creative, funnels, CRO, design, media-buying, email marketing, ascension, leadership, operations, underwriting, risk management, capital allocation - and the list goes on and on.
Then you need to actually close a deal.
With the right partner, in the right market, with the right offer.
Or you’re going to lose all your money.
Which requires real credibility to do in the first place.
The publishing model is hardcore difficulty.
When your own cash is on the line, you're playing a completely different game, and it's not nearly as easy as it sounds.
Simply the truth.
In my experience, the natural growth path is:
Freelancer ➡️Agency owner ➡️Publishing model
Freelancing will give you client wins, experience, and build up your portfolio.
Running a traditional agency will teach you leadership, operations, client retention, and expand your skillset.
Then, once you have the capital, skills, and experience, you may be able to make the publishing model work.
If you’re willing to even take the risk.
Portfolio Update 8/25/26 | Multi-Year Retention
While most agencies have a churn problem, we have a capacity problem.
Between our first two FOUNDING partners, we've generated over $10M in revenue.
And they're still with us two years later.
This is something I'm really proud of.
Here's what actually drives MULTI-YEAR retention:
1. Results they'd have to be insane to walk away from.
Our partners collect six figures or multiple six figures in net profit every single month.
We front the capital. We do the work. They cash out profit.
We only need about 3 hours from them per quarter to record content.
They get paid. They trust us. They sacrifice little to no time - who wouldn't want this?
2. Quarterly fly-outs.
Relationships are our #1 core value and you can't build a STRONG one virtually.
Meeting partners in-person is one of the highest ROI's on your time.
We fly out to every partner 3-4 times a year.
Film with them, have dinner with them, spend real time with them.
And every single trip has opened doors we didn't plan for.
New offers, new intros, bigger deals.
Relationships compound - and everything great comes from compounding.
3. We genuinely love our partners.
This is a big one that most people won’t take to heart.
We don’t just “value the relationship”.
We genuinely have a deep love our partners.
When you stop viewing a relationship as transactional, and have genuine love for your partners…
You reply back to their texts in minutes.
When something breaks, they hear from you first, with the fix already in motion.
They FEEL and EXPERIENCE all of this.
Anyone can promise results.
You can't fake giving a damn for two years straight.
Churn is what happens when the incentives are misaligned and the relationship is transactional.
We deleted both - and it pays.
Because ultimately, you're always in the people business.
Back to work 👊
Can you make a low-ticket offer work without a high-ticket back-end?
The answer is yes - with a caveat.
The biggest offers we have that scale to $500K - $1M +/month at high ROAS have $7,000 - $25,000 back-ends.
But we also have some “cruiser” offers that consistently generate $350K - $500K per month at a 2X - 2.5X ROAS.
The reality is these offers require brand presence, big credibility, and more untapped markets with cheaper CPC’s to maintain decent scale over long periods of time.
They’re solid cash-flow.
You’re just not typically going to get 4-6X ROAS’s on them at scale.
The two best ways we’ve found to maximize cruiser offers are with quarterly challenge funnels and back-end recurring subscriptions.
Challenge funnels can yield millions.
Recurring offers (especially apps) are easy to scale to $50K - $100K MRR once the front-end is dialed in.
This is just based on our experience.
I’ve been in the direct-response industry for 15+ years and can only name a couple agencies that have scaled to $5M in revenue.
Meanwhile we’ve gone from nothing to tracking $20M in year two.
Because we’re playing a completely different game.
In every industry, there are rules the market competes on.
If you change the incentives, payoffs, options, and information - you can escape competition and play something else entirely.
While the traditional agency model is based on retainers…
We flipped our model to performance-basis.
We take on all the risk, front our own capital, offer everything full-service…
And only profit when our partner’s profit.
Both models have great trade-offs.
The one we run is HARDCORE difficulty.
But it’s the reason we’ve been able to scale to multi 8-figures so quickly and wire our partner’s millions of dollars in net profit every year.
In whatever industry you’re in, look at what the market is competing on.
Pay attention to the glaring problems with the standard model.
Pay attention to the incentives and payoffs for the client/customers.
And rather than competing, create your own category.
This is how you achieve hyper-growth
Despite launching 100+ creatives per month for every offer we run…
There’s always two concepts that out-perform all other ads by 10-20X.
The goal every month is to find those two concepts.
Then 10X what’s working.
Then fatigue kicks in around week 2-3 and it’s back to finding the next big winners.
Power laws.
Took this offer from $0 to closing in on $1M+ /month within 90 days.
Absolutely nuclear offers don't come around too often...
But when they do:
- LTF ascension funnel
- Perfect congruence between low-ticket and back-end
- Huge market with purchasing power
- Organic presence
- Massive credibility/proof/social proof
- Highest-level copy and marketing
- 30-40+ new ads /week
- Elite sales team
And maybe sprinkle in a little bit of luck in there...
Crushing a 5.87X ROAS at scale!
Portfolio Update 8/24/26 | Mass-Producing Ad Copy That Converts
We launch 30+ new creatives per partner, every week, across image and video.
Every creative needs copy that’s congruent to the traffic source.
For example, when we finish a static image ad, we need to write the Facebook ad headline and body copy for that creative.
Here’s how we do it at scale:
1. Designer finishes a static or editor finishes a video
2. Copywriter finalizes the copy
3. Media-buyer ships it
But the copywriter’s going to require great systems to ship a high-volume of ads.
So we start with winning data.
Motion and Hyros tell us exactly what's working in the account and what's dying.
We take that data and build a Claude skill for every partner.
You can simply tag /image-ad-copywriter or /video-ad-copywriter before prompting it and it's loaded with:
• Winning ads from the actual account
• The structures behind them
• High-converting copy principles
• The partner's exact tonality
• The text length that converts for this offer
Once the initial draft is written from AI, it requires manual human edits.
Here's the key almost everyone misses:
Every time you finish editing, ask Claude to break down exactly what you changed and why.
Then take that breakdown and add it to the skill or the Claude projects instructions.
Every edit becomes permanent training.
So many people comment about how AI writes slop but they don’t take the time to continuously train it.
Every single edit compounds and once you do this for a couple months, you can start one-shotting high-converting copy or getting damn close.
The next level beyond this is building a system that runs the whole loop autonomously.
But that’s another post for another day.
This is something small but will make massive improvements to your workflow, speed, and conversions. 👊
Portfolio Update 8/18/26 | Cutting CPA's by 3-7X
We recently ran a campaign for a creator with over 10 million followers to their entire audience.
Thought we were going to pull a 7-figure launch from organic alone.
Ended up generating 600 clicks in a week.
Not 600 sales - literally just clicks. 😅
After generating $11M this year working with creators from 100K to 50M+ followers...
You would be shocked how little pull most big creators have.
I can't reiterate this enough.
This has been the case for the majority of organic launches we’ve ever done.
But here’s where the REAL money is:
Although follower count is not always a distribution asset...
It is probably the BIGGEST CONVERSION ASSET on COLD TRAFFIC.
For our partners with real brands, we’re able to cut CPA by upwards of 3-7X on paid media.
I’m talking ~$20 CPA’s compared to ~$80 CPA’s at scale in the same market with a different face.
The asset isn't the follower count directly - it's the trust behind it.
When prospects look them up, they find years of content, thousands of comments, and mass authority in their market.
And this doesn't mean you can’t be wildly-profitable on cold traffic without a following.
We have offers where the face has ~50K-100K followers and we’re still pulling close to $1M /month.
But running paid ads for creators with real brands is significantly easier and faster to scale.
EVEN IF THEIR ORGANIC PRESENCE IS SMALL.
Any kind of organic content that builds authority in your market will make your life on paid ads a lot more profitable.
Little insight that I felt like sharing after this last launch… 👊
