Such a shame that Tom Aspinall had to vacate the title in the fashion that he did, a true gent, and well spoken person. The belt truly meant a lot to him #UFC

Patchy Mix loses to Shoko Sato by decision. The loss is a consequence of the 2 point deduction from the weight miss, otherwise he would have won on the cards. This makes it his 4th defeat in a row. Didn’t look like the Patchy Mix from Bellator. Where does Mix go from here? #Rizin

The respect I have for @WillFckinFleury is immense. A real life Rocky story. I’ve had the pleasure to be front row for every fight, and speak to the man on a regular basis. The story isn’t finished. Thank you Will #OKTAGON92

3 years ago this week I went to #UFCLondon as a fan, and decided then that it would be my last time being a fan at an MMA event. 3 months later I covered my first UFC event for @cagesidepress at 18 years old. Fast forward 3 years and this is my full-time job as of a few months ago. What a wild 3 years it has been, thank you for the support, excited to see what the future brings!
