This is your last chance to get your pre-publication copy of Volume 1 of Spirit Gym: Myth and the Mystery of Spirit Gym.
Inside, I walk you through how the whole concept of Spirit Gym came to me through my own lifelong process of deep exploration, and then I take you into the myth work itself — what a myth actually is, how it’s been shaping you without your consent, and a full workbook to help you write your own. There’s nothing more important in our lives today than getting clear on that.

Many people have this idea in their head that they have to do their spiritual practice first thing in the morning or at night before bed. And if they don’t do it, they go into a meltdown.
But that’s overlooking what a spiritual practice is for.
If a spiritual practice isn’t lived, it’s just another idea. It’s not really lived if it’s not in the garden, in doing the dishes, in the mundane, in the driving, in the busyness of life. The question you should be asking is: how can I take my spiritual practice from this confined morning or evening practice into living it throughout the day?
There’s the old saying: before enlightenment, chop wood and carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood and carry water. Make your spiritual practice part of your day, not just the morning or evening practice.

What you keep attracting is showing you where to go inside yourself. But if the wounded part is guiding, it blames everybody else and keeps recreating the same scenario. That’s a degenerative spiral, and the further you go, the more you break down.
What I teach, and the tools I give you, create a generative spiral. You take the pain, the discomfort, and the sadness to awaken and grow within yourself. It starts when you get out of your head, into your heart,

If you’re ready to be the authority figure of your own life, and no longer worship authority figures outside of you, then it’s time for you to step forward and do the inner work.
In my Creating and Living Your Myth online workshop, I’ll help you identify who it is your soul came to be. What is it you really want to do? How do you really want to express yourself? Who are the people in your tribe who share values with you? And who are your antagonists — the ones who challenge you enough to learn from, who give you a reason to be? We always need antagonists, or we won’t grow spiritually.
I’ll take you step by step through a deep understanding of what myth is, and the structure of how to write and illustrate your own — so you can consciously weave your own story, with your heart leading the way.
You’ll be able to ask yourself: what is inside of me that I really came to do?
This is how you stop playing the child, stop worshiping authority figures outside of you, and start being the authority figure for your own life, writing your own destiny instead of being fated. I’ve watched the whole biohacking industry boom, and I haven’t seen any real improvement in people’s health and vitality when they try to biohack their health. Remember, there is no magic bullet. There’s only the way you’re designed by nature, and shortcutting that comes at a cost.

More than a decade ago, Eric Osborne co-founded the world’s first public psilocybin retreat In Jamaica (MycoMeditations) on the heels of Michael Pollan’s revelatory New Yorker feature, The Trip Treatment.
Eventually, Eric left the world of wellness retreats behind to establish Psanctuary, a Louisville, Ky., church that allowed him to create an ideal environment where he could build a permanent and legal community that focuses on people and healing with psilocybin.
Eric Osborne shares his amazing journey from teen snake-charmer to spiritual leader and healer, explains why a church is the best place to do psychedelic work and reveals what he learned from his first experience with psilocybin at age 19 that he keeps exploring even now, this week on Spirit Gym.

Many people think they have to do their spiritual practice first thing in the morning or at night before bed, and if they don’t, they go into a meltdown. But that’s overlooking what a spiritual practice is for. If a spiritual practice isn’t lived, it’s just another idea in the closet.
You might be wondering what kind of transformation you’ll actually get from reading Spirit Gym Volume 1.
The first thing that’ll happen is you’ll wake up. This book is a synthesis of everything I’ve studied my whole life — myth, cosmology, psychology — the stuff most people are too busy to ever dig into. It gives you a meta-myth structure, a kind of eagle’s view, so you can finally see how your own belief system fits into something much bigger, and where you’ve got more freedom than you ever realized.
Then there’s the workbook, and this is where it really lands. Knowledge isn’t power…applied knowledge is power. I take you step by step through actually creating your own myth: who you are, your mission, your tribe, why you’re here.
This is the exact process that’s changed my own life. Watching the world come apart during COVID, people lost, anxious, depressed, I saw plainly what happens when people lose their sense of agency and free will. That’s what it means to be mythed. This book is how you shed that and finally stand on your own two feet.

If you have a myth that’s unhealthy, it produces emotions that are unhealthy, and that leads to unhealthy diet and lifestyle choices, which further imbalance your internal systems and polarize you toward the negative. It’s like a snowball that gets worse and worse and worse.
An unhealthy myth can make it hard to know what you’re truly needing, and your body misinterprets the signal. Am I hungry for emotional connection, or cake? Am I hungry for friendship and community, or should I smoke more pot and dream myself out of the pain of feeling alone? Am I hungry for something that challenges me and grows me, or should I keep numbing my emotions instead? And often, this is all unconscious.
That’s what an unhealthy myth does. It runs you from underneath, and you pay for it in your body, your emotions, your relationships.
If this is you, and you keep reaching for the wrong thing over and over and you don’t know why, this is exactly what my online workshop, Creating and Living Your Myth, is built for. You’ll get conscious of the actual story driving the craving, and instead of numbing it, you’ll finally feed what you’re actually hungry for.

Often, the earliest wounds are the hardest to work with because they’re the most painful.
When I take someone into therapy, I always have to make a decision: is this person too under-resourced to go there? Maybe they’re tired or frazzled. Maybe things are tough with their spouse, or they’re struggling financially, and they’re scared to death.
If I take them back to that root level and they don’t have the resources to deal with it, they’re very unlikely to stay in the witness position. They fall into the wound, and then they start acting it out.
So remember, it is not how much or how fast you can heal, but whether you are authentically ready and have the resources to do so.

This is where I wrote the Spirit Gym book series, and Volume 1 is officially at the printers.
It’s broken into two parts: an introduction to Spirit Gym and the life experience behind it, and a deep dive into Myth — what it actually is, where it comes from, and a full workbook to write your own.
Preorder now and your copy ships hot off the press, before it’s available on Amazon or in stores. You’ll also get bonuses that go away once the book’s in print: a live 90-minute group session with me on personal myth creation, a prerecorded lesson, Soul, Myth and Healing for Greater Freedom, and a guided PDF of myth reflection questions to use alongside the workbook.

Pay close attention to any part of yourself that is negative, judgmental, or fear-based. Then ask your heart, your soul: is it really true?
Is it really true that I’ll never be successful? That nobody loves me? That GOD will burn me in hell because I’m a sinner
Whatever is keeping you from your authentic self and your sense of freedom, ask the question, and then do the work to get the answer.
Love and chi,

You must be conscious of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and direct your actions so they’re dream-affirmative and life-affirmative, and that’s the most efficient way to manifest what you want. But if you’re not conscious, you will keep manifesting your unconscious.
Sasha spent 25 years in the industry, operating her own companies, conducting clinical trials for over 60 pharma companies and frequently interacting with the FDA and other global regulators. Prior to 2020, she retired and sold her companies.
Then the Covid-19 Pandemic arrived, and Sasha’s attention was drawn to FDA and CDC public statements, leading her to investigate their claims with her experience and insider knowledge. She and I discuss her views on pharmaceutical regulation and vaccine ingredient disclosure, her research into historical cancer incidence data, her critique of standard virology methodology, and her perspective on the regulatory history of the polio vaccine.

There are many misconceptions about myth.
People hear the word and think it means a lie. It’s the opposite. A myth is a story so deep, it can take you a lifetime to fully understand what it means. And whether you know it or not, you’re living one right now.
Every thought you think, every belief you carry, every “that’s just how I am” — that’s a story. The question is: did you write it, or did somebody else?
Because if you didn’t write it, you’re being mythed. You’re acting out somebody else’s script… your parents’, your culture’s, your past, and calling it your life. That’s fate. No free will. Just a pawn moving through somebody else’s drama.
But there’s another way. When you become conscious of your story and take the pen into your own hands, that’s destiny. That’s freedom. That’s finally knowing who you are, why you’re here, and what you came to do.
If you’re ready to stop being mythed and finally take charge of the pen, click here and join me in Creating and Living Your Myth Online Workshop. We start October 30th ➡️ paulchek.com/events/myth-wor…

Many people believe that the more spiritually evolved they become, the less resistance they'll face. But without resistance, you don't grow.
As you grow spiritually, you have to face hard choices, or you abort your own growth process and you're always going to keep wearing masks.
That’s why there is an unwritten rule in Spirit Gym: every time you get stronger, GOD puts more weight on the bar.
