Shai should be the great uniter. Analytics nerds should love him because his metrics are insane. “That boy nice” enjoyers should love him because he’s the toughest bucket in the league. Instead, he is widely hated. I’ll never get it. He’s fucking incredible and a joy to watch.

Here is a close look at the Nationals much improved and very deep farm system. Paul Toboni really turned around this system in just one year. Turned potential into production federalbaseball.com/washingt…

Dan Quinn needs to be fired. What is going on. How do you not have the team ready for what should be a simple game winning field goal

Why not blow through. The line and try to get a fumbled snap or safety there? Why not call a timeout after the kneel down at the one and make them snap it again in the rain? Man.

With the season officially over, I just wanted to take time to say thank you to who contributed to Nats Central this year Thank you to @federalbaseball, @PaulCubbage23 and @NatsOfTheFuture for grinding out the Nats articles and content, they never fail put out good shit so kudos to all of them and you should follow them if you haven’t already I want to also say thank you to the daily regular posters/readers in here. It’s awesome to see all different perspectives of the Nationals and baseball in general. It’s fun to read every day, and you will always learn something new. When I started Nats Central, I wanted a space where people can speak their minds freely, and with that you get creative results and it has shown. With another year down, I love what we are continuing to build here Okay, I’m done typing this novel. I love all of y’all and thank you for coming and supporting this Washington Nationals community, this couldn’t happen without you guys Let the 2027 offseason begin 🫡

Final attendance at Nationals Park: 1,839,116. Smallest non-covid crowd since 2010. If you needed a signal that the fan base would like this ownership group to invest, I would argue this is it.

With a scoreless inning in today’s IL Championship game, Joe Glassey has *still not allowed a run* with the Nationals organization (AA, AAA) - through 19.2 IP. 2 walks and 23 strikeouts

A very minor detail that I like about MLB is that every other sport has the HIDEOUS "2026-27" "2010-11" season names meanwhile the MLB has the GORGEOUS season-within-one-calendar-year

CJ Abrams is the 3rd player in Nationals/Expos franchise history to have a 30-HR/30-SB season, joining Alfonso Soriano (2006) and Vladimir Guerrero (2001 & 2002)!
