TWO YEARS AGO TODAY I WAS SEVERELY SUICIDAL… I was alone, in a foreign country, and everything I looked at was a tool to kill myself. Someone I hardly knew asked me the question, ‘Paul, are you considering suicide?’ and rescued me. I will be serialising examples (video interviews) of my suicidal lived experiences in the lead up to the launch of The Rugby Suicide Prevention Project, where we will be tackling suicide head on. There is overwhelming support and interest in this global Project.
