The transcript starts after the 3 minute clip that was released ends & given the last thing we heard in that was "His pupils aren't even reacting..."* [to the officers flashlight] it appears he was already dead. *in a disinterested tone, no sense of urgency
Presumably 8 minutes from actual arrival at a job that was designated a racial assault against another person. It’s clear from this transcript however, that once they realised there was an issue with Henry, they did everything they could to try save him.

Re: More likely to stop... In England & Wales (can't find a breakdown for Hampton & IoW) men are 8-9 times more likely to be stopped & searched, does that indicate a sexist bias against men?
Claims of two-tier policing against white people are a complete inversion of reality. Like other forces, the Hampshire police have a clear racist bias against Black people. Police accused of 'anti-white bias' are 5 times more likely to stop Black people theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…

I am not politicising Henry Nowak’s murder. It was politicised already - THAT’S the point. -Critical race theory politicised it. -Diversity Equity & Inclusion politicised it. -Anti-racism politicised it -Decolonisation politicised it. Those poisonous ideologies/initiatives produced handcuffs at the moment of his death. They stripped the officers of their basic humanity. They banished the core purpose of policing. This is what happens when the institutions are captured. Either you want the situation to change or you don’t.

'His murderer was afforded decency. He was believed' Henry Nowak's father says the 'contrast' in the police's treatment of his son and his murderer is 'unbearable' in a statement after Nowak's killer was sentenced to 21 years in prison.

Simple answer is, most don't want people to be carrying weapons around in public; is that difficult to understand? In the UK if you ever use the kirpan as a weapon, even in defence, it becomes a crime; so why carry it at all?
People ask why Sikhs are allowed to carry a Kirpan. The better question is: why aren't you demanding the same right for everyone? While much of history reserved arms for kings, nobles, warrior castes, or men, Sikhi made the Saint-Soldier ideal universal. The duty and right to defend oneself and others was not determined by caste, class, race, or sex. You have to be a different type of stupid to argue for fewer rights instead of equal rights.

Other countries have banned the kirpan (carrying of such knives) and Sikhs have managed to adapt. If it's only supposed to be symbolic/ceremonial then it doesn't have to be sharp or large enough to harm others.
The Kirpan is a scared object for Sikh"s it's an article of faith. It's the right to religious freedom.Actions of one evil person don't define a whole religion. STOP weaponising this awful case for your nasty political agenda. Thoughts with the family & friends of Henry Nowak. 💔

Sikhs in a number of other countries accept them being banned, don't they? bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-…
Ban Kirpan, huh? Goodluck Sikhi was the only and still remains the only faith that institutionalized the equal duty and equal right of men and women to bear arms as part of their religious identity.

Perfect opportunity to finally cover the incident, but will you? Multiple posts re: Yves Sakila, but nothing re: Henry Nowak seems a deliberate omission. @AaronBastani @novaramedia
Rest in peace, Henry Nowak. His death must be a turning point for Britain.

The issue remains that before his actual role as a temp actor hired to perform a part was revealed, people would have assumed his job was very different, ie that he had a hand in shaping programmes on behalf of the Ministry. That's not what he did at all... 1/

Look, it would be like someone claiming that they worked in a lab working on a cure for Alzheimer's, only for it to be revealed their only job was to remove the clinical waste & mopped the floors. There's nothing wrong with the latter, it's just not the same as the former.

Context matters though, eg let's stress test talking about the threat of islamist extremism; given that is the primary domestic terror threat it makes sense to discuss it, what other community could we replace Muslims with? Then there's the issue that this could obviously be...
As I keep saying stress test what you say by replacing Muslim with another community group and see if it still sounds like a sensible thing to say 🙄

used as a silencing tactic, as we've seen with the grooming gang scandal... Another stress test, here we could use the Catholic Church I suppose; does anyone have a problem presenting them in a negative light? No, who why should islam be any different?

Let's not draw any lines just yet, there needs to be an explanation as to how/why such an obviously unpopular policy was put forward. How much money has already been wasted on it? Whose idea was it? Who advised the PM it was a good idea/something the public would support?
The public are not wrong - there are better and more cost effective ways we can use technology to improve access to services without creating a costly database with all the risks that entails. Hopefully we can draw a line now and move on from this idea.

Charlie Kirk: “There's a difference between liberals and leftists. It's a very big difference. A liberal is someone I will disagree with and we'll have a wonderful time. We'll go out to dinner and we'll consider each other friends. A liberal will have the conversation, and they'll say we might not agree on this, but I still treat you with respect and I really like you as a person. A leftist will try to shut you up before you even open your mouth. A leftist is rooted in intolerance.”

Hyperbolic analogies don't help matters, unless you think your normal way of dressing is immodesty, why would you cover up? Surely those at the mosque should also be able to accept you as you are, rather than expect you to adapt to them?
I cover my head visiting a mosque. I also don’t wear a bikini in church. The video is me talking about diversity- that we won’t all agree all the time, but we can stand up to those who promote hate together. No wonder those who rely on hate for clicks find that threatening.

But you get notifications when someone quotes your posts & there's also tagging someone in posts, ie your attention can be "guaranteed". The issue however is that you're distancing yourself from the responses, making conversation more difficult.
These kind of messages make me laugh. You have been able to share my comment and respond. Your frustration is that you can’t guarantee my attention at a time of your choosing, not that I am somehow refusing to listen.

#nightczar #London So she was appointed in 2016 (8 years!) & is only now starting to plan, is still blaming the previous mayor & can't actually articulate how success is measured.
London is leading the world in its 24-hour policy with other global cities looking to us for inspiration. London's Night Czar spoke earlier about her role, championing the nighttime economy and representing 1.3m workers.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Contrary to the London mayor's claim, London's nightlife is in decline, with a number of key clubs and bars being shut down in recent years. standard.co.uk/business/busin…. telegraph.co.uk/travel/destina… dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…

An issue with that is only consider gender & not sex, then there's the issue of how are you going to measure ability for the divisions. Eg, where would Serena Williams be placed if you had such divisions? Would you place her in any division with male pros (in the top 300)?

Your position seems very confused, you suggest that Tennis has a problem because Serena wouldn't qualify for a significant division under your vague criteria. Perhaps ppl aren't understanding your position because it is that vague.
