Both swings are at about 80% intent.
What’s almost laughable is how much slower the barrel looks when I try to push it with my hands.

One-legged swings are one of my favorite ways to teach hitters what the back side is actually supposed to do.
By taking the front leg out of the equation, the hitter has to create stability through the back side instead of relying on forward momentum.
