In Diamond Sunrise we build elaborate temples in our mind, customize them and repeatedly visit them to increase the vividity of our mental images. We perform sequences of actions within a magic circle in our mental temple to increase our concentration and experiment with consciousness through enacting our Will through intention. We study the 4 elements, the 7 chakras, the 3 dantians, the 7 classical planets, we call down deities to interact with in this space in an attempt to bridge the material and spiritual world. All of this is done during meditation, in your mind. The journey is ultimately one you experience on your own.
