Day 2 of @arbitrum Open House Singapore just ended - a day full of heavy GTM sessions, hammering from mentors, networking, and pitching 1. Deep dive into GTM with @Paxos @pendle_fi @SBISEC digital markets : three types of customers tradfi, defi, retail. tradfi sale cycles can go up to 2 years, scaling down with defi and retail. But a big deal with arbitrum can be done in maybe 2-3 weeks. 2. Incentive is a great tool to capture user attention and get them to try out your product, mercenary capital will always exist, users will come in to farm. Good way is to focus incentives on a singular product or feature that you want to push or highlight for users. 3. If you have no leverage on the partner, always begin a partnership with a small ask, like say a co-tweet on X, instead of diving straight into big number deals. And build up the relationship over time. 4. @Swagtimus sharing the example with @DenariaFinance showing their initial traction after figuring out they didn't need to build a new liquidity layer, they just needed to construct a new frontend on top of GMX. This could be a very useful tip for Zona going forward. 5. Drill product mentorship session with defi experts @0x_allan Coinflip: consider adding in the borrowing of stocks so stock depositors can earn yield from stock borrowers (very useful one), watch out for when chainlink integrates 247 for stock prices. great feedback session to go over our product and think from an outside expert pov. 6.
