Honored to have facilitated interactive professional development workshop for Governor's staff who work in high-pressure environment. #Communications, #teamwork, #emotionalintelligence, and #conflictresolution.

#Travelingshoes. Heading into NYC to emcee the Gold Women's Business Connect Conference presented by @lightofgoldpr. What a great way to close out Women’s History Month. #womenbusinessowners #womenempowerment

Traveling shoes! Yes, I'm on the road (plane) again. Excited to be heading to the CPCU Society's In2Leadership conference. Looking forward to soaking up knowledge from Thunderbird School of Global Management faculty and networking with my CPCU buddies. #leadership #CPCUSociety

Looking forward to this exciting conference!

Today, the traveling shoes are on the pedals of my car. Had a great day attending and presenting at @BryantUniv Women's Summit. Met incredible women! Can't wait to share the magic. #empoweringwomen

It really is a small world! What are the chances Samuel Broomer & I would be at the same conference? (Ok; I love statistics, so I can calculate the answer. 😉) Sam and I are both on the @bryantalumni e-board. We're both in Chicago for the NAMIC conference.

Traveling again. 😁 I'll be presenting two sessions at the NAMIC Personal Lines and Commercial Lines conference in Chicago. Session 1 - @9:40 - Managing a Remote/ Hybrid Workforce Session 2 - @1 PM - Moderating a panel on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.

Traveling shoes - taking Amtrak to Rhode Island and back. I had the privilege to be the featured Women’s HerStory Month speaker at @BryantUniv today. Will share pics when I receive the official ones. BTW - I LOVE taking the train. Such a wonderful way to travel. #WomensHerstory

This morning, I got my "run for Ahmaud" run done on the hotel treadmill. It's still dark in northern California at 6 AM! Someone told me it would light by 6. Not! I didn't see daylight until well past 7. By then, I was finished.

With @SLACALNews team members. Broadcast day - Diversity & Inclusion You Can Use Part II: Unconscious Bias. There was fantastic audience participation! @ExcessLineNY #diversitymatters #education

The day before the DEI broadcast - left to right top pic. Janet Pane, global head at WTW, flew in from London. Teresa Chan, Masters Program Director at Columbia University, flew in from LA via NY. I flew in from EWR. Warm reception from @SLACALNews Fabulous operation!

Looking forward to San Ramon, CA. I will moderate a panel discussion, "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion You Can Use Part II: Unconscious Bias." presented by the @SLACALNews in partnership with the @ExcessLineNY. Broadcast live then available on demand.

Thank you @CPCUSociety Agent & Broker Interest Group. It was a pleasure to present this month's ABIG Hot Topic: "Are You Being Watched? Employee Monitoring - Oversight or Overreach?" I'm glad you found the topic thought provoking! #CPCU #Ethics #employeemonitoring

Great start to the year! 40th Annual Hangover Run 5K with my buddies. @fleetfeetmtc @brooksrunning #FFMTCWinterWarrior
