Hi Pet lovers! Petcube Support Team is speaking. Currently, we are observing some issues with the Petcube Care cloud history service and notifications settings. We’re doing our best to fix it as soon as possible and will follow up when this is resolved.

We're back online! If you're having an issue with recorded videos not appearing, please give them a little time to show up on your timeline.

Hello Petcube users! Looks like Google Cloud is having issues again and you might get an "Unknown response" error message in the app despite the camera being online. Google is working on the issue so hopefully we'll be up and running again soon. We'll keep you updated.
