.@_austrian I'm currently waiting on a refund after over two months of delay and no official email confirmation and it looks like I'm not alone. Why is it impossible to provide an estimate of when I will receive my money? Other airlines have provided prompt refunds.
.@_austrian I have been on the phone for close to 40 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor. Other smaller airlines that haven't received €600 million in government assistance have managed to process and provide refunds. Why is @_austrian unable to do so?
