GameStop CEO @ryancohen wants to win. I sat down with him and he explained how AI is changing work and hiring, his concerns about where humans fit in an automated future, and the rise of the retail investor. We also discuss Neuralink, how he talks to shareholders, his biggest failure, and the legacy he wants to leave. $GME YouTube: youtube.com/watch?v=dDTSElQ0… Spotify: open.spotify.com/episode/74i… Apple: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas… TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 - Intro 0:30 - AI risks & how GameStop uses AI 3:04 - How Ryan spends his time 6:05 - Hiring in the age of AI 7:45 - Why Ryan wants to learn Chinese 8:55 - Robots, UBI & human utility 13:53 - Neuralink & brain-computer interfaces 17:50 - Retail investors vs Wall Street 21:10 - Greatest strengths & weaknesses 23:05 - Shareholder communication & ignoring the noise 28:04 - Biggest failure 29:45 - Legacy & final thoughts

Another day, another false story. I am NOT interested in being Chief of Staff. The articles are completely false. I am ONLY interested in working with President Trump and Susie Wiles to make housing more accessible. You will see what I mean very soon!

tZERO Named a 2026 Info-Tech Innovator of the Year Award Winner tZERO’s transfer agent platform unifies traditional and tokenized share classes onto a single cap table with synchronized on-chain ownership records tZERO Group, Inc. ("@tZERO"), the Infrastructure-as-a-Service company powering the tokenized economy, today announced it has been named a winner of the Innovator of the Year Award as part of the 2026 Info-Tech Awards. Presented by Info-Tech Research Group (@infotechRG), a global IT research and advisory firm, the award recognizes organizations that have implemented innovative technology initiatives to solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency and deliver results. tZERO’s award centered on its transfer agent, developed to bring blockchain-based securities into the same process used to administer traditional shares. The platform connects to more than 20 blockchains and combines tokenization with established transfer agent functions, including ownership recordkeeping, compliance and corporate actions. “Transfer agency still relies heavily on batch files and manual reconciliation, and tokenization can end up adding another ledger to manage,” said Chris Russell, EVP, Chief Technology & Security Officer at tZERO. “We built our platform so the official shareholder register and blockchain record are one book, not two to reconcile. Traditional and tokenized share classes sit on the same cap table, with compliance and corporate actions built into the workflow.” Built as a modular platform with APIs, a white label platform, pluggable blockchain adapters and Halborn-audited smart contracts, the system processes standard transfer agent files on-chain with penny-level precision. It also automates certain corporate actions, including USDC dividend distributions and dividend reinvestment. Each record change is documented with before-and-after values, providing compliance teams with an audit trail. Issuers can manage cap tables, distributions and employee equity in one place, while investors and employees can access a self-service view of their holdings. By using industry-standard transfer agent formats, tZERO’s platform allows institutions to incorporate tokenized securities administration into existing workflows. Offered through tZERO’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service model, its transfer agent and tokenization capabilities can be integrated through APIs and white label solutions, allowing institutional partners to expand their digital asset services without building the underlying technology and regulatory infrastructure themselves. Before you presume software is dead because software IP is less defensible, under that premise, ask yourself whether water should be dead too since it's readily available from the faucet. In reality, there are dozens of water brands that differentiate on different grounds: -Liquid Death (brand) -Dasani (distribution) -Open Water (packaging) -Essentia (formulation) -Voss (design) -Kirkland (value) -Evian (locality) -Hint (flavor) -Culligan (service) -Boxed (packaging) -Poland Spring (locality) -Mountain Valley (heritage) There are many ways to differentiate in a competitive world. In that sense, "commodity" might be a bit of an overused term. However, water is not selling at ~80% gross margins, and a lot of software probably won't either going forward.

BBB(YQ) Hearing 10/06/26 There was to be a fuller hearing today on several matters, but the big ones have been resolved in the meantime so no arguments needed to be heard today (good!): Erin Gray said today (smiling broadly) that she will submit a supplemental order about this later today, but that resolution has been reached for "the whole end of this saga of the 26th Omnibus Objection." The Plan Administrator's 26th Omnibus Objection to Claims (the hitherto-only-partially satisfied Texas tax claims) has been COMPLETELY RESOLVED (see attached docket image from Kroll). IMO this is significant! These remaining claims have stood unresolved since November 2025 (almost a year), and tax issues under 11 U.S.C. § 1129 and § 507 are important to get out of the way for case resolution. I've been personally watching and waiting for these to get resolved, so I'm very glad they're now in the rearview mirror. The reason I was always skeptical of this unresolved Objection was because of the way it stemmed from a scheduling and documentation error, and apparentneglect for many months to correct it. It always seemed to me something being left to be resolved toward the end, perhaps to allow things to look less-surmountable than they actually always were. Now that it's done with, TO ME it may mean last roadblocks are suddenly being cleared for timing. The 35th Omnibus Objection to claims (reclassified Priority claims) has ALSO been resolved since a consent order was received from Sun Life and Health Insurance Co. No unresolved objections remain, Erin Gray said she'll submit a supplemental on this too today. These Priority claims needed to be reclassified for correct order among other claims based on the Absolute Priority Rule. Again this was a necessary step for this case on the road to resolution. Individual claim resolutions can be ongoing for years, but proper classification according to APR and pro rata class calculations need to be settled in order for Waterfall/disbursements to occur. Also, this process narrows down unknowns for the Acquirer as unknown/less-known obligations to certain classes get sorted into more-known/more-certain possible allocations for distribution. The only adjourned matter for today was the 34th Omnibus Objection (reclassified Admin Claims, docket 4758). It's just a single claim remaining from Salesforce, Inc. and it's up for hearing on October 20th.
