What is going on @DominionEnergy ?? Heat wave has barely started and already power flickers, outages and more. We do what is asked and manage the AC, appliances, etc. You seem to have done zero planning or prep. So many kids and elderly at risk. @fox5dc @NBCNews @GovernorVA !!!
Does anyone at @DominionEnergy care about their customers in @GovernorVA’s state ? 3 power outages in less than 24 hours and the last one now may cost food, lives, more. Your map says crew working. Reality says that is a lie !

So many other spots I’d almost say it was intentional after prior issues. But that would not be #neighborly or #community oriented. Mind you, neither is digging and the fire extinguisher on my lawn bothered to flag for us. #CustomerService @WTOP @fox5dc @LakeBarcroft
Further caution to @LakeBarcroft community & all #virginia with @washingtongas or @GoNPL work being done in your homes or on lines to it. Be specific, get everything in writing and document as there is a pattern of lack of oversight, follow through and blaming the customer.

Mine includes driveway and lawn digging way over agreed, a “gas leak” where they just closed a valve (even “supervisor” did not know about) and $200 contractor bill to find non-existent leak. Now I have an email saying they came on a day nobody appeared and found more damage.
