It's taken 82 years, and it wasn't done well, (I was on a train) but ambition now achieved. Hertford born, bred, lived, I've been to the place 10% of our letters used to go before postcodes came. Here they spell with an 'a' and pronounce the 't'. (10% went to Hereford of course) – at London, England

This is a site in #Hertford which the District Plan said had capacity for around 200 properties, a planning appeal resulted in permission being given for nearly double that, & now a late bid is being made to add another 65. Traffic & parking issues a particular concern here.
We are currently looking at documentation supporting a planning application to increase the number of apartments at Mead Lane, #Hertford by 65. Permission is already in place for 380. Ref 3/24/2147/VAR
